This is a beautiful, relaxing fun rental with a very wonderful managment team. Pet friendly, comfortable, and comforts of home. This is the BEST vacation rental we have exprienced. The property manager works with your situation in a kind, professional and prompt manner. Lots to do, sit by a fire and have quiet times, or go to the many local funspots and the beach. This could be a romantic hideaway, fun weekend or family getaway. Set up really well, in walking distance of all you need. Pets love it too!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

We enjoyed staying in this location near the Rio Del Mar beach. Grocery stores are near by in Aptos. Each night we walked to the beach for sunset. The neighborhood is quiet. The owners were very responsive to our requests. The house is as it appears in the photos. It has lots of morning light and a fully equipped kitchen.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, pet owners.

My girlfriend and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. The owner was fast to contact and professional, he made things easy for us. He was also very accomadating to our needs and questions. What a nice way to start a wonderful vacation. Upon arrival we found the place clean and inviting, it was verey much like coming home, which is so much better then a hotel in my opinion. The home was comfortable and had dish tv and movies. It was well stocked with the basic amenities as well as a stocked kicthen with plenty of pots, pans, knifes,cadgets and even seasonings. The home was very nice and overall are experience was first rate, we had lots of fun. The beach, dining, etc are all a 5 minute walk away.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, people with disabilities, sightseeing, tourists without a car, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, adventure seekers.

Stayed a week here 05/2009 and thinking about a repeat. Owner was easy to contact and when we wanted to stay a little longer it was no problem to arrange. Dishwasher didn't work, but it was no big deal to us. The location is great and it is BBQ ready. We are noisy when we get together and none of the neighbors had a problem with it. Been thinking about going back since I left!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children.
