  We had a lovely stay at your home.The house was clean, well kept, and very large. The kids loved the pool and the game room. I especially love the screened in back patio, and the massive master bathroom. The management team are friendly, and very helpful! Had an overall wonderful stay. We have already rebooked for the 2013 season and extended our vacation because we could stay at Sue and Roberts lovely home.

  All i can say is we have 5 kids and were looking for a holiday of a life time so we were looking for something special and by god we found it. We stayed in this house for 3 weeks and i couldn't complain about anything this house has it all, Sue,Bob thanks for all your help and making this a holiday one we will never forget. We are looking forward to doing it all over again next year.

  my family and friends went on vacation,loved the house,the vicinity.The desciption of ten house was very accurate,the house was very clean,and well matiained.we would recommend the house to any family group.

  Over Easter we had a great holiday at the parks; a holiday made that little more special by the villa. Two families (four adults and six kids from 14 to 4) had everything that we could ask for. Great location, great facilities, great pool. Would definately recommend to anyone.

  My family thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving week in this vacation home. It was close to all area attractions, restaurants, and shopping. Working with the owners during the reservation process was easy as well as checking in with the management company upon our arrival. The design of the home gave all family members separate spaces when needed and plenty of together areas for meals, TV, or games. The gated community is well-kept and offers many extra amenities. We would definitely return to this property for future vacations.

  One can only say the place was perfect for our 2 weeks in April 2010. Check-in was easy with the Management Company, and location cannot be faulted. The house was very clean on arrival and everything is there that you will need for a great vacation. Best of all was the pool area - not only does it overlook a Conservation Area, but the pool is the biggest that I have ever seen in a Rental Home (and we have rented about 20 !). Being such a large deck area, it catches the sun all day. It is very easy to rent this house as the owners are a pleasure to deal with and make everything so easy for the guest (We have also stayed at their Windsor Hills home which is just as good - we couldn't decide which one was best !) I would not hesitate in recommending this property to anyone - if you rent it you will not be disappointed.

  We stayed in the Kennard's other rental home in Windor Hills in 2007 (which was absolutely fantastic!), and now stayed in their rental home in Windsor Palms in 2008. I can say that the Kennard's are very easy to work with and their homes in the Disney area are great! We really enjoyed the pool in Windor Palms, and were in the pool every day soaking up the sun. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The game room was great for the kids. I would highly recommend anybody interested in renting from the Kennard's to do so, as they have always taken excellent care of us! Thanks Sue for another great vacation!!!

  Bob and Sue, We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. My parents used to live in Orlando and we wanted something that felt like home when they returned. The kids loved having the pool at the house and we found everything we needed, easily. It's a great family vacation home.

  WWOWW! Just wow!!We dont even know where to start..The actual property doesnt even compare itself to the pictures.Firstly, the checking in process went smooth and fast.Then when we arrived we were expecting to see something we've had already seen on previous vacations,but we were pleasantly surprised at the beauty of the place.The highlight of the whole vacation was the pool of course,we enjoyed it so much that we didnt even wanna leave to the parks.Lemme just say this,whoever wants to have the best vacation ever,THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!! Thanks,and you will definitely hear from us again.

  Dear Sue I had to take time to fill in the guest book because it is so rare these days that something really lives up to what is promised. Your villa is super - beautifully clean, superbly equipped, spacious and comfortable. Check in/out went smoothly, even arranging a late check out on the day we left was easy. And I don't think we could have been much closer to the parks. The biggest attraction for the kids was the pool. Warm, safe, and in a great setting. We had 95 degrees in OCtober and it was a lifesaver. I would wholeheartedly recommend your villa to anyone looking for a 5* place to stay. Thank you again Alison King & family
