This two bedroom, two bath, 1200 square foot condo has top quality furnishings from the bedding, linens and furniture to the kitchen appliances, dishes, and silverware. This new resort has elevators, a lighted boardwalk for the full mile of waterfront and an elegant 5000 square foot clubhouse with a fitness center inside. You can be one of the first to stay!
One of the three pools located on site is within 20 feet of the lake. One side borders the "no-wake" zone at the Grand Glaize Bridge, so it is perfect for watching million dollar cruisers slowly showing off!!! Simply put, it is an unparalleled view from the pool.
The upper recreation area features a lazy river (with a good current so bring a cheap inner tube!), a small toddler water park and a basketball court. The perfect family complex!! This complex also has quiet hours from 11pm to 7am to guarantee a quiet night.
This condo is decorated just for your liking, everything is brand new and in pristine condition for your enjoyment. It has all the comforts of home... Only you are on vacation!!! Sit out on the screened in porch and watch the boats come and go, or relax in fashion in the "great room" by enjoying the panoramic view while letting the sounds of the water hitting the shore lull you into your nap! Wake up in the afternoon and fire up the gas grill.
This condo is perfect for a weekend getaway or a nice long stay with a king size bed in the master and a queen in the second. We also have a sofa sleeper for a larger group. We have Flat Screen TV's in both bedrooms and a 42" in the "great room" plus a DVD/VCR unit in the living area as well. If you visit us when it is cool we have a gas fireplace to keep you cozy.
Shopping at the mall with 110 outlet stores is only a couple minutes away. Along the way you will notice Highway 54 sprinkled with specialty shops and unique sights. You can golf for two weeks straight and never golf the same course if you want.

1st wanted to say that the condo was decent.Has good potential. Bottom floor which had a walk out to the boat slips. Good location by land. Close to Walmart and lots of restaurants. There is a fitness center on site. But you can not get into it anytime. You have to wait till the office opens. A few negatives were:, Carpet was dirty. Bottom floor meant DUNGEON. Kind of had a funny smell when you got off the elevator. There was a light outside the master bedroom the was very bright all night. Out of the second bedroom you could hear the air conditioners running. Boat slip was a LONG ways away from the condo. And several stairs so carrying the cooler to the boat was difficult. Was told by management that we would get our cleaning deposit back and have never received it. He asked us to take off our original review because we had made constructive critism about the condo. We did. But since we have not been given our deposit back thought it would be good to warn other renters.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

The condo we rented for the lst week in September was great - just perfect for what we were wanting. The decor was really nice and inviting. The view was spectacular, right on the lake where we could watch the people and boats coming and going. Out whole experience was really wonderful. I would recommend this condo to anyone who enjoys Lake of the Ozarks.

What a beautiful condo! The condo was exactly as stated. Being at walk out level was great with a fantastic view. I really liked the attention to detail such as the screened in porch and custom painted concrete patio. We stayed for 12 days and the elevator really came in handy as one of our group had recently found that stairs would be out of the question for the next 3+ months. We would definately stay again! !!!***STUNNING***!!! Truly a cut above. We didn't want to leave!!! The decor is uncluttered but classy, and appliances, lighting, plumbing, and electronics, are all first class. Bedding was luxurious and beds extremely comfortable. The condo is conveniently located to everything (dining, shopping, boating) yet one of the quietest condos I've had the pleasure of renting. No need was overlooked, and we loved the elevator right outside the door. Then there is the balcony, with such an amazing view. I can only hope the next time I travel to Osage Beach that your condo is available!! Thanks again, Ryan, for being soooo accommodating!!

Great Condo!!! Beautifully furnished and decorated. Location on the strip is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Awesome view. Ryan was very easy to deal with. We can't wait to return.

Your condo was gorgeous. We stayed in December for Christmas shopping. The location was great...close to the outlet mall, shops and resturants. Everything was beautiful, clean and had a wonderful time. Can't wait to use it again this summer and next winter again. Thanks for a great time!

We recently stayed at this condo and had a great time. We brought our small children and had plenty of space. Very convenient location with access to the pools and the docks. The condo provides everything you need and is close to grocery stores and the huge outlet mall. The condo is brand new and well decorated. This unit is one of the first to be completed in the building it is located in. Other units are still being finished (we really heard no construction noise) so there were not a lot of immediate neighbors. Ryan was great to work with. We would recommend this to others and hope to go back again some time.

Thanks for a wonderful time at the lake! We have been coming here for 15 years and have stayed at various places at Land's End, but Ryan's place has been the most comfortable and homey we have stayed in. The decorations are beautiful, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are big enough for our family and no noise from Dog Days. The only downside is there needs to be a bit more storage in the guest bedroom and there are quite a few dogs walking by on the weekends (can't be helped). We plan on staying again many times!
