You won’t find many resorts with this much beach front....1300ft of sugar sands and emerald waters!! The large Lagoon pool has tropical islands with waterfalls to soothe your cares away while basking in the sun at the oceanfront pool. Two seasonally heated Polynesian pools are oceanfront as well, along with 3 large hot tubs.
If you want a sandwich or drink, the "Hangout" is poolside for your enjoyment. Lighted all season tennis courts are on the resort for you tennis buffs. Park your car right in front of the building in a private lot and you don't have to walk forever from a parking garage to your suite. Don’t worry, this resort is gated with 24 hr security.
This beachy and colorfully decorated one bedroom, one bath condo on the 5th floor has everything you need to make this your paradise vacation. Living room and master bedroom are both on the gulf with balcony access!!
Master with King-size bed is has sliding doors to the spacious balcony and in fact you have an ocean view from anywhere in the unit. You have TVs and DVD players in both the living room and bedroom with the living room's sofa sleeper having a Queen-size innerspring mattress for comfort. It is the greatest floor plan on the beach with a full kitchen, dining table for 4, breakfast bar for 2, marble garden tub in the bath, marble double vanity in the dressing area, a washer/dryer closet away from the living room and all new porcelain floor tile throughout the entire unit.
Restaurants are within walking distance and the new 112 acre Pier Park is about 5 minutes away on Front Beach Rd and is fabulous with plenty of dining, shopping and entertainment. New last summer and now 100 stores are open! It's Grand!! But don't pay the higher condo prices at that end of the beach...stay at the beautiful LongBeach resort just minutes away and have more shopping money! Just catch the Pier Park Trolley generally running every 30 minutes....How fun is that!!
The furnished balcony is larger than most with plenty of room for dining and lounging. The sunsets from the balcony are spectacular.
LongBeach is family friendly and you will love it!
