This unit is located in the 4 season Landmark Resort, first floor of the Charthouse Building (access the rec center pool, whirlpool, and fitness center without going outside). It offers the relaxation of a 40-acre wooded site within minutes of the best there is to offer in Door County.
After shopping, golfing, hiking, wine-tasting, or other exploring return to a quiet and peaceful place to unwind and get ready for another day. This unit is located in a quiet, wooded area of the resort - with an outdoor pool nearby plus a picnic table and gas grill for guest use. The unit includes a patio.
I maintain a small DVD library in the unit; additional titles are available for rent in the lobby. Books and magazines are also stocked for guests. Ample visitor/tourism information is maintained within the unit, in addition to brochures available to all guests in resort lobbies.
A key feature, especially during winter and other inclement weather .... get to the 24/7 indoor pool and whirlpool without going outside!!!!
The interior of the resort, including my unit, is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
Quoted rates (that vary by season and day of week) will include all expenses except for taxes. There are no additional charges for linen and such. Rates include linens, and the kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, range & oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, utensils.
And unlike some rentals-by-owners, guests have immediate access to on-site resort staff in the unlikely event that issues arise during the rental (e.g. need for maintenance/repairs). |
