This unit is located in the 4 season Landmark Resort, first floor of the Charthouse Building (access the rec center pool, whirlpool, and fitness center without going outside). Full kitchen - all appliances, dishes, pots & pans, etc. It offers the relaxation of a 40-acre wooded site within minutes of the best there is to offer in Door County.
Spring flowers bloom outside the windows, summer offers almost unlimited recreational choices across Door County, fall brings out some of the most beautiful colors in the U.S. and weekend harvest festivals
Also a perfect winter getaway, tucked into a quiet, wooded corner of the resort - within a short drive of Door County's winter activities, shopping, wineries. The Landmark resort is a popular location for holidays, too.
The owner maintains a small DVD library in the unit; additional titles are available for rent in the lobby. Books and magazines are also stocked for guests. Ample visitor/tourism information is maintained within the unit, in addition to brochures available to all guests in resort lobbies.
A key feature, especially during winter and other inclement weather .... get to the 24/7 indoor pool and whirlpool without going outside!!!!
The interior of the resort, including my unit, is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed.
Quoted rates (that vary by season and day of week) will include all expenses except for taxes. There are no additional charges for linen and such. Rates include linens, and the kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator/freezer, range & oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, pots/pans, dishes, utensils.
And unlike some rentals-by-owners, guests have immediate access to on-site resort staff in the unlikely event that issues arise during the rental (e.g. need for maintenance/repairs).
