  Very good location! A bus stop is right across the street, and stops of a street car and Muni Metro are walking distance (just 5 min). The hosts and their assistants were very nice and their service was very well-organaized and full of hospitality. I definitely want to stay at the flat when I visit SF with my family.

  From our arrival to our departure everything was perfect. Getting the keys, introduction to the appartement , the stuff inside, the area, all of it was absolute perfect.

  James and Vince provided what was an incredibly convenient and comfortable apartment for me and my family to stay during the us Open golf. The two main bedrooms were very spacious, clean and above all had very comfortable beds. All of the mod cons were catered for, with the essential speedy wifi connection - an essential for all intrepid travellers. We utilised the kitchen many times which was very well equipped. Couldn't recommend a stay in this apartment more! A great and memorable experience.

  The appartment is located in Castro - close to tramlines, busses, a large grocery store and several restaurants. Overall a very nice place and very accommodating host.

  Had a fantastic time staying in this great apartment in the Castro. The hosts were very friendly, amenable, great w advice about where to visit/eat/drink and we could park the car underneath (luxury in SF!) Location was fantastic, close to public transport & the Castro. Plenty of room, very comfortable beds and a terrific kitchen.

  Very nice 1904 Victorian flat, all super. Fine in-the-building parking. Great libations shop across the street.

  My family and I stayed at the Garden Flat for 4 days and it was great! It is clean and comfortable with all the amenities. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals, the living room has a good TV and ipod station, and the bedrooms are comfortable with good light. The best is the outside garden. James met us all and was easy to get in touch with with questions, very amenable. This is San Francisco living at its best!

  My family and I loved the Castro district, and this apartment was really delightful. Located very close to the vibrant restaurant and bar area of Castro St and the trolley and buses to all the attractions of SF are just a block or two away.

  Check in was really smooth, apt had good amenities, kitchen, laundry, good cable TV. Very spacious for 2 bedroom, which included a lounge and a dining room. I felt the mattress in the main bed was really hard, vert personal thing I guess, but messed my back up for the 2 weeks I was there. Check out was a little rushed, Ruined our last day a little, considering how much we spent on the let. All in all, a really nice apt, good size and James was very easy to reach and very helpful, which ensured a
