Our beautiful island home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood ONLY 1 BLOCK from gorgeous sandy beaches. The beach on this part of the island is quiet and free of large crowds. Everyone loves this home. This is true island paradise!
This key-west home was recently updated with a tropical flavor. Large patio doors open up from the living room area onto the patio. The indoors and outdoors blend together. Spend your days relaxing and enjoying the private pool or make a short walk to the beach for some sun.
There is a screen lanai just off the dining area and also a covered patio next to the pool.
The main level of the home has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The master bedroom has a queen bed and has windows and door that lead directly onto the pool deck. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. (SLEEPS 6)
There is also a wonderful 1 Bedroom Upper Unit that can also be rented separately, or together if more bedrooms are needed for extended family or friends. Very vibrant colors and casual feel. It also has a full kitchen, spacious window filled bedroom, balcony, and washer/dryer. (SLEEPS UP TO 4)

Why the Owner Chose Holmes Beach
We already had fallen in love with the low-key attitude of the island when we purchased three original old florida waterfront cottages, so we thought why not buy this Key-West style home with it's gorgeous pool and patio. The home had been remodeled by a well known architect on the island with a great island flair. We continued the updates by adding even more palms around the pool and then this past winter renovating the home with bright island colors and new interior finishings to the main level. Our goal has been to create a wonderful island retreat, .... and the response has been tremendous.
