New condominium complex in the heart of the Mayan Riveria on the lagoon in Puerto Aventuras. This condo unit is beautifully furnished with many extras. Each room has its own individually controlled air conditioner unit.
Master Bedroom has a king bed with pillow top mattress, 27 inch flat screen television with satellite and DVD player.
Guest Bedroom has a queen bed with pillow top and a loft queen bed. Guest bedroom also has a 27 inch flat screen television with satellite and DVD player.
Kitchen is fully equipped including a four burner stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookie sheets, utensils, beautiful tableware, and more.
The living room is furnished with a 46 inch plasma screen television, satellite, DVD player, i-Pod docking station with CD player, movie collection, and CD collection.
Outdoor features include a patio deck off of the living room with seating for four. The roof top solarium includes a Jacuzzi tub, patio furniture for six, lounge chairs, gas grill, and sink.
View/Location: Lagoon Beachfront with great snorkeling. A short walk will get you to both a beautiful ocean rock beach or a sandy ocean beach.
Other Amenities: hair dryers, beach towels, coolers, beach chairs, and bicycles.

Welcome,
My husband and I are residents in cold Michigan but we love the sand and the sea. After numerous trips to Mexico we decided to purchased our condo. It was quite an experience buying pre-construction but worth the wait as we watched it blossom from an empty lot into a beautiful carribean get away.

Puerto Aventuras is an amazing little gated community. It is close to the city of Playa Del Carmen yet away from the hustle and bustle of the busy city. There are many things to do right in Puerto Aventuras so you don't have to venture out if you would rather not. However, if you are the adventuras type, the excursions are limitless.

From a short walk to the beach to a drive down the Riveria Maya, it's all up to you. And, if you are a diver, this place is a must! Take a short 5 minute boat ride and you will find reefs galore. Want to dive the cenotes? Take a 5-10 minute short drive south. It's all here...waiting for you!

One word: PERFECT! The pics are beautiful, but don't do it justice. Waking up in a place like this is the most amazing feeling ever. The great thing about renting this condo is the privacy and being able to do things on your own time. There is so much to do in Puerto Adventuras and Playa Del Carmen and Tulum are great places to visit just a taxi cab away! It's easy to relax here because you always feel welcome and safe. I fell in love with the area the first time I visited. In fact, I'm planning my wedding in Puerto Adventuras now- just across the street from this condo.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We’ve rented this condo twice and can’t wait to go back. The condo is clean, very spacious, and well decorated. The style and décor provided a feeling of being in a Caribbean resort while still having all the conveniences and amenities of home. We brought two teenage girls with us and really appreciated the second bathroom. We love the charm of the little town of Puerto Aventuras and the safe feeling of being in a gated community. We were able to walk down to the Marina to eat at some great local restaurants, peruse the shops, visit the dolphins, and enjoy a moonlit walk back to the condo. With a full kitchen, we could choose to cook meals in the condo or dine out. We rented a car and drove to nearby Akumal for some snorkeling, visited the white sand beaches of Tulum and explored the shops of Playa del Carman. We were able to park the car and take a ferry to Cozumel to explore the island. We even ventured out to Chichen-itza to visit the famous Mayan pyramids. Each day we used the condo as a home base and after each adventure we were still able to relax at the side of the pool in the peaceful setting back at the condo. We love this place!

What a fabulous condo and location for a girls' getaway vacation. Close by attractions as well as the amenities were fabulous. We especially appreciated the reommendations, directions, and hospitality that came with this condo/owners. The condo was very clean and had comfortable beds as well as a high quality furniture/appliances. Neighbors were very accommodating with helping us with our Spanish speaking skills and suggesting local establishments for entertainment (thank Genro for us!)

Wow! What a terrific vacation. Thank you for all of the little "extras". Your condo is a great place to stay. It is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, and a great location. We will certainly be back later in the year!
