This deluxe unit is fully furnished and includes spacious private terraces, ideal for those who appreciate the comforts of relaxed luxury living in a beautiful Costa Rican beach town setting.
The beach is only a short walk away or you can swim and relax by the stunning pool, day and evening or work-out in the fully equipt gym beside the pool. Dine outside by the pool at the Cabana or at one of the personal barbecue areas surrounding the pool deck.
The kitchen has all Frigidaire stainless steel appliances, mahogany wood cabinetry and granite countertops including a garborator and Kohler faucets built to North American standards. The Condo is complete with it's own Central Air!
The master bedroom includes a king bed, 32 inch flat screen TV and vaulted ceilings. The attached private bathroom has two sinks, a 10x magnification vanity mirror and a Jacuzzi doubling as a shower.
My Condo is just a short walk to the lively downtown section of Tamarindo. Or you can just enjoy your favorite book in our gated community with 24 hour security.
Maid service included twice a week. Daily service is available at additional cost if arranged in advance. We will also arrange at no additional cost to pick you up at the Liberia Airport and deliver you to your residence. Cribs are also available for an additional small fee. 2008 High Season .. Dec 01-Apr 30 ...(regularly $1650)..$1,237.50/week.
2008 Holiday Wks - Dec 22-Jan 05, Mar 15-Mar 22 .(reguarly $3000)..$2,250/week.
Cribs are available for rental at $50 per week.
Rates include pickup at Liberia Airport (some restrictions apply).
