  Highly recommend it!!!!!!!!! Just spent a week in building 4840.The building was spotless, garbage pick up was everyday, except Tuesdays. The grounds are very well maintained. Our condo was gorgeous, would love to live there year round! I would recommend having auto shut off coffee makers though. :) Our condo also had free wifi and flatscreen tv's in every bedroom. The pool was clean and not cold....chairs were in great shape and plenty of them. We were close to all the theme parks and a grocery store and strip mall was across the street. We were given magnetic cards to access the pool area (through the main lobby) but never needed them. Nobody ever bothered us while we were at the pool, looking for our cards either. I dont think that I would have liked that. All in all a fantastic place for our family (two teenage boys) to stay for a week. Highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!

  Great Vacation Villa with Fabulous Owner Hi, My family and I just returned from Florida were we were afforded the luxury of staying in this villa. The villa is very clean and well cared for. It's llocation was great for entertainment, shopping and groceries. LOVED IT, wish we could have stayed longer, but will be sure to call Irena up on our next visit. Irena was prompt to assist with any questions we had and very accommodating.

    "Excelente apartamento / Precio Calidad Muy Buena" Estuvimos 10 días de vacaciones en Orlando y decidimos probar este apartamento en vez del típico Hotel y no podemos estar más felices con esta decisión. El apartamento es tal cual las fotos en internet, muy espacioso y todo funcionó perfecto. El resort Vista Cay está muy bien ubicado, tiene buena infraestructura y muy buena atención. La arrendadora Irina es muy atenta y fue un agrado planificar todo el viaje con ella. Lo recomendamos 100% para las familias que vengan a Orlando y busquen comodidad a un buen precio.

  Barbara Flato Corpus Christi, TX, USA A Fabulous Place!! 3 of us stayed in this beautiful condo while attending a conference at the Hilton. It was just minutes away by car and was MUCH cheaper than renting 3 rooms at the hotel. We enjoyed having several colleagues over for cocktails each evening with plenty of room for all to mingle and network. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/stemware/cooking items and the bedrooms are beautiful. Check in was a breeze with all information emailed beforehand and everything was exactly as written. Thanks for an awesome stay! All three of us are planning to take our families back to this great condo when we go back to Orlando

  absolutely fantastic service was excellent ,the home was 5 star luxury in the best location in vista cay and also for all for parks and shopping, disney 10 mins universal 10 mins shopping and eating also 10 mins max by car .the pool was great even when busy never short of sunbeds.resort staff always happy to help and friendly.

  hi irina back home in scotland now wishing i was still at your wonderful condo at vista cay had a great time it was spacious immaculate beautiful lovely and  just perfect for orlando definitely recommend to friends and family left it exactly as we found it thanks for renting it to us kids are older but if we do come back to florida again i will contact you again .thanks    matt oliver

  We stayed in this wonderful condo for a week in June and absolutely loved it! It was very well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient to all parks and downtown. We liked the pool and all the amenities of this nice community. We had a group of six people and this condo worked very well for us. We cooked a lot, and kitchen was well stocked. The unit had plenty of towels and it was nice that it had a laundry room. Really recommend this unit to travelers. Nice, affordable and great location. Great management. Thank you.

If  booking is less than 4 weeks before your arrival then full payment must be sent with the booking form.　 Any balance is due 4 weeks prior to arrival.　 The  reminder will be sent when the balance is due. If paying by credit card, your credit card will be charged at this time.　 If payment is not received, your reservation may be cancelled and your deposit may be forfeited.　 Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of the signed booking form and after your deposit has cleared the bank.　       5% administrative fee is added to all the bookings by credit card General Terms: The signing of the booking form confirms the acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in the previous terms and condition received and shall be binding on all the persons intending to occupy the property whether or not said persons have signed the booking form.　 It is understood that all persons have read and understood the terms and conditions as stated in the contract. Rental Charges The unit you are renting is completely furnished for an enjoyable vacation or business trip .Nothing should be taken out of the unit.. Your rent includes basic cleaning after you leave. It is your responsibility to maintain the unit in near clean condition throughout your stay.  The rental charge is for 8 guests in a Condo.　 Sorry no pets and no smoking allowed.　 The charge includes electricity, water, air conditioning, refuse collection, cable TV service  and the use of linens and towels.　 The rental charge also includes all Florida taxes (12.5%).　 A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy.　 All rentals will incur a cleaning charge.　 It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition.　 Excessive dirt or work for the cleaning team will result in a charge to you. Security deposit credit card info must be provided on the rental agreement, we need this info on file in case of damage, lost or broken items in the unit. Extra Charges Check out time is 11:00 AM on the morning of departure.　 There is a charge for late check out of $99.00 The unit you are renting is completely furnished for an enjoyable vacation or business trip .Nothing          should  be taken out of the unit.. Age Limit      No Under Age 25 Groups. Florida Law requires that anyone under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.　 We will not allow any extra guests staying in the condos  beyond the allowed amount. Rental Period and Occupancy: The rental period runs from 4pm EST local time on the day of arrival until 11 am local time on the day of departure. Unauthorized early arrival or later departures will result in additional charges. The accommodation is booked solely for persons named on the rental agreement and owner or management company reserves right to refuse entrance to any parties not so named. The property is　licensed for short-term rental in the State of Florida.　 Everyone occupying the house, including ages, must be listed on the booking form including young children and infants.　 It may on occasion be necessary for staff or agents of the owner or Management Company to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs 　 Cancellation In the event of unforeseen circumstances, cancellation must be notified in writing by the party leader whose name appears on the booking form.　 Cancellation will incur the following charges: 　　　　 1. 12 weeks　or more prior to your arrival date – Deposit is Fully Refunded minus $100 processing fee. 　　　　 2. Between 4-8 weeks prior to the arrival date: 50% of rental amount. 　　　　 3. Less than 4 weeks before arrival date: 100% of rental amount. 　 If the balance of payment is not received within one month prior to arrival, the owners reserve the right to cancel the booking without any refund. No refunds for early departure. 　 Insurance We the homeowners or agents do not accept responsibility for any loss of personal items while staying in the property or after departure.　 It is your responsibility to take out appropriate insurance to cover all aspects of your trip, and to ensure that passports, visas and other documents are in order.　 Keeping valuables in the house is at your own risk, we accept no responsibility for lost or stolen property. A great deal of care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of information we have provided.　 However, facilities and services may not be open or available due to renovation/maintenance works, adverse weather, or damage by a previous guest, that we have not had time to remedy before your arrival, etc.　 Where we are aware that a facility or service advertised in the information provided will not be available during the period of your stay, we will take steps, wherever possible, to notify you prior to travel.　 　 We trust you will treat our condos  with respect and be respectful to other guests.　 Enjoy your stay at Vista Cay Vacation Resort and we hope to have you as our guests again! Governing Law: All reservation of the resort accommodation and the use and occupancy of such accommodations shall be governed by the laws of State of Florida.　 All disputes between owners and renters shall be subject to the exclusive subject matter and personal jurisdiction of the courts in Miami Dade County, Florida.　 In the event of litigation between renters and owners, the prevailing party shall be entitled to all costs incurred, including attorney’s fees.
