    Highly recommend it!!!!!!!!! Just spent a week in building 4840.The building was spotless, garbage pick up was everyday, except Tuesdays. The grounds are very well maintained. Our condo was gorgeous, would love to live there year round! I would recommend having auto shut off coffee makers though. :) Our condo also had free wifi and flatscreen tv's in every bedroom. The pool was clean and not cold....chairs were in great shape and plenty of them. We were close to all the theme parks and a grocery store and strip mall was across the street. We were given magnetic cards to access the pool area (through the main lobby) but never needed them. Nobody ever bothered us while we were at the pool, looking for our cards either. I dont think that I would have liked that. All in all a fantastic place for our family (two teenage boys) to stay for a week. Highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!

    Great Vacation Villa with Fabulous Owner Hi, My family and I just returned from Florida were we were afforded the luxury of staying in this villa. The villa is very clean and well cared for. It's llocation was great for entertainment, shopping and groceries. LOVED IT, wish we could have stayed longer, but will be sure to call Irena up on our next visit. Irena was prompt to assist with any questions we had and very accommodating.

      "Excelente apartamento / Precio Calidad Muy Buena" Estuvimos 10 días de vacaciones en Orlando y decidimos probar este apartamento en vez del típico Hotel y no podemos estar más felices con esta decisión. El apartamento es tal cual las fotos en internet, muy espacioso y todo funcionó perfecto. El resort Vista Cay está muy bien ubicado, tiene buena infraestructura y muy buena atención. La arrendadora Irina es muy atenta y fue un agrado planificar todo el viaje con ella. Lo recomendamos 100% para las familias que vengan a Orlando y busquen comodidad a un buen precio.

    Barbara Flato Corpus Christi, TX, USA A Fabulous Place!! 3 of us stayed in this beautiful condo while attending a conference at the Hilton. It was just minutes away by car and was MUCH cheaper than renting 3 rooms at the hotel. We enjoyed having several colleagues over for cocktails each evening with plenty of room for all to mingle and network. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes/stemware/cooking items and the bedrooms are beautiful. Check in was a breeze with all information emailed beforehand and everything was exactly as written. Thanks for an awesome stay! All three of us are planning to take our families back to this great condo when we go back to Orlando

    absolutely fantastic service was excellent ,the home was 5 star luxury in the best location in vista cay and also for all for parks and shopping, disney 10 mins universal 10 mins shopping and eating also 10 mins max by car .the pool was great even when busy never short of sunbeds.resort staff always happy to help and friendly.

    We stayed in this wonderful condo for a week in June and absolutely loved it! It was very well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. The location is very convenient to all parks and downtown. We liked the pool and all the amenities of this nice community. We had a group of six people and this condo worked very well for us. We cooked a lot, and kitchen was well stocked. The unit had plenty of towels and it was nice that it had a laundry room. Really recommend this unit to travelers. Nice, affordable and great location. Great management. Thank you.

It was great to be able to relax after a full day at the Occc in a beautiful setting. It helped to make the trip productive and hopefully successful. We will do the same thing when the Trade Show returns in three years.

It's close to SeaWorld, Disney World, stores, restaurants,the airport, etc. The condo is well furnished and very comfortable. It has a well-equipped kitchen, lots of TVs and electronics, and is appropriate for families. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the future.

    "Plesantly Pleased" Upon entering the property we liked the location and the atmosphere in general. My children loved how roomy the Condo is. It was like our home away from home. The ammenities were great! we loved the different pools and game room. And it's close to all of the towns attractions. Anytime and everytime we visit Orlando we're sure to stay at our 2nd home :) And it doesn't hurt that the owner is a Wondeful person at Heart... Keep up the good work Irina.

    "Fantastic Condo" Stayed here for the first 2 weeks in July. Condo was immaculate and has a real home from home feel. Irina could not have been more helpfull and aswered all questions prior to booking very promptly. Looking to visit again in October. I would recommend this place to everybody.

    "Luxury, value, prime location." This condo has everything you could possibly want. I got a great deal for a 1 month off season stay. I love Vista Cay, this is my second time at this resort. There's a Publix, a Walgreens, and a pizza place all on site. I would recommend a rental car for getting around (cheap on Hotwire) but it's not much of a walk to public transport either. (iride trolly or Lynx bus). I've been to Orlando many times and could prob write a book on how to get the most bang for your buck here. Feel free to contact me.

    "The best mainteined and specious apartment ever!!!" We have rented this place twice since January 2011 and will come back again. The location of the complex is very convenient for both parks. The supermarket is right next door. The property is very well -maintained and very nicely and cozy furnished. Our big family felt right at home at this specious apartment. The Wi-fi and cable TV are a big plus if you are working on your vacation. I would greatly recommend this property to my friends and family and will have my next Disney and Universal experience combined with this wonderful unit.

    "Excellent location" Vista Cay is in a fantastic location taking just 20 minutes to walk to International Drive and just a 5 minutes drive to the Universal parks. The resort was very well maintained with a lovely pool and games room for the kids. The apartment was on the third floor in a block right next to the pool, which was great. It was spacious and sleeps 8 people. The beds were very comfortable. The cooker was very large and looked new, however you couldn't use more than 2 rings at once otherwise the fuse blew. The kitchen could do with a few more items such as a salad bowl and a baking tray to make eating in a viable option. Overall we had a fantastic holiday, great location, great resort and with a few tweeks a great apartment.

    "Awesome!!!" Our Family stayed here for a bussiness/Pleasure trip, This Condo is the most amazing place by far we have stayed in!! Very Ellegent, I would highly recommend this place, bedrooms are beutiful, slept very well in beds, kitchen was well equipted, i love to cook so we ate in most of time.     "Beautiful Condo !" Our family was attending a cousins wedding in Orlando. We were very pleased with the accomadations of the condo. It was beautifully decorated. We were able to take advantage of the pool and the kids loved the game room and the pool area. Irina was lovely to work with. If I may, make one suggestion is to supply a few more wash cloths. Everything was lovely, we really enjoyed our stay.

    We stayed here with our 3 children and another family. The property manager was very helpful in getting us the necessary information for check in and allowing us to come a couple of hours before the scheduled check in time. The condo was a quite large and all the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and lots of towels to use. The pool area was quite large and clean and the kids enjoyed using it frequently. Work out area in the club house was quite tiny, but I realize that most people don't go on vacation to work out. Location was excellent for Universal Studios and about a 10 minute drive to the Disney parks.

    "Very comfortable, well-equipped and beautifully decorated condo" The condo is only 2 1/2 miles from the Orlando YMCA where we went twice a day. The condo was so much better than a hotel. We had seven family members staying and had plenty of room to spread out without feeling crowded. We used the hot tub most evenings and the recreation room provided entertainment when it was too cold to be in the pool. Several friends who were staying in hotels came to visit us and were definitely envious of our accommodations. If we return to Orlando for Jr. Nationals next spring, we plan to stay here again. The only drawback was the need to purchase extra garbage bags and toilet tissue. Luckily the grocery store is walking distance.

    "Business / pleasure trip with wife and friends" Vista Cay is an outstanding complex, with all the amenities to make you feel at home. A secure location in the heart of Orlando's convention area, but at an out of the way location. Within easy reach of the Convention Center and excellent access to all attractions. Also within walking distance of grocery, pharmacy and on-site pool and entertanment club house. Great value for family or couples traveling together. Will visit again in a heart beat.

    I would rate this condo as five star . It was very spacious and beautifully decorated very clean and modern it was located close to the beautiful resort pool and club house minutes away from shopping and close to disney everything at your fingertips. very nice large balcony Being a first time driver in orlando it wasn't has scary as i thought it would be one little advise if your depending on gps make sure the maps are updated because you may have trouble finding vista cay since it is only two years old. also you feel very safe with all the coded entries. I would definitely reccomend this condo for your stay in orlando.

    Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
