Our home is uniquely located near the pier in Hanalei and right across the street from the water.
You are only 2 blocks from the village of Hanalei with all it's amenities (massage, restaurants, yoga...). You will have use of bicycles, chairs and sand toys for the kids.
We have an outside shower in a great surrounding as you come into this ground level home. Whether you are looking for great surfing or wading into the calm bay with an all sand bottom, this is a magical location.

There are many things to love about this rental: First of all, location, location, location! It’s in a small village, which means you can go out for dinner in the evening without having to take your car… my husband and I love walking, so we alternated between eating out and having a barbeque, with a few pizzas, etc. brought home from our days out hiking or beachcombing. This location is also great because you can explore the entire northern and eastern coasts easily without having to drive very far in either direction (we rented a place near Koloa to explore the southern and south-western parts of the island). Secondly, it’s a safe, clean, well-appointed rental; we loved that there was an ipod dock with good speakers; the bed was comfortable (we only used one of the two bedrooms), and the house was well-lit and well-stocked (soft soap, detergent, garbage bags, paper towels, etc.) Steve, the owner, answered all of our requests by email or phone within a very short time of our contacting him; he is honest in his transactions, is always courteous and pleasant, and has a good sense of humour. There were no hidden fees or charges, and the listing and photos on the VRBO website are accurate. We recommend without hesitation this Hanalei property.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+.
