The location of this mountain home could not be better - the home is 5 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park and the historical Grand Lake Village with cafes, restaurants, horseback riding, kayaking, golfing, mountain biking, hiking, live theater, and much, much more. A short drive will take you to the Sol Vista resort with golfing, stream fishing in the summers, or skiing and snowboarding in the winters. Hot Sulphur Springs, one of our best kept secrets, is a perfect place to relax after a hard day of activities and is less than 30 minutes away.

Nearby summer activities include nearly all forms of water recreation: boating, water-skiing, sailing, jet-skiing, fishing, swimming, as well as kayaking and rafting on the adjoining three lakes and their tributaries. Rocky Mountain National Park and the Arapahoe National Forest provide miles of hiking, skiing, and snowmobiling trails, as well as unparalleled wildlife watching opportunities. There are several golf courses in the area: Grand Lake's 18 hole public golf course just north of Grand Lake Village and Sol Vista Golf Resort down in Fraser Valley. Other fun things include Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater Company performances at the community center of Grand Lake, Jazz Festival in Winter Park, horseback riding, historical homesteads and ghost towns, museums, great restaurants, antique stores, and much, much, more!
