Accommodations: One large master suite with king-size bed that has a connecting bathroom with a beautiful garden tub. There are two other bedrooms with a queen-size bed in each room. The other full bath is located in the hall. There is and excellent view of the natural wetlands and golf course.
Indoor Amenities: Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, wireless internet, furnished screened in porch, also includes extra beach towels and beach chairs, all sheets and towels furnished.
Outdoor amenities: Pool and hot tub right outside of the Condo with bathrooms, exercise facility access 24 hours a day with key, gas grills are available on pool deck, a shuttle bus runs to Johnson beach at the National Seashore during the day free of charge about every 45 minutes. There are bathroom facilities at the beach. Tennis courts with a Pro available.
Golf Course and Club House: Free unlimited on site golf and cart included with your stay. The 18 hole championship golf course was designed by Arnold Palmer. Two adult renters and children under 18 will have unlimited access to the golf cours driving range and putting green with golf cart included. Club House currently offers three meals a day with an excellent menu geared for everyone. The food is great! The clubhouse will bring lunch to golfers while on the course if desired. A pro shop can also be found in the clubhouse for your golfing needs.
Nearby Activities: Miniature Golf, Theme Park, Movie Theater, Shopping, some of Florida's best Restaurants, Parasailing, Boating, Waterskiing, Snorkeling/Diving, Sailing, Pensacola Naval Museum, Jet Skiing, Biking, Charter boats, and Seasonal Blue Angle Shows.
Not: Pets and Smoking are not allowed. There is a cleaning fee of $125 and $300 damage deposit.
