This is a two bedroom, one bath, totally renovated, beautifully decorated unit located in a popular complex near the beach. This condominium complex is situated on 26 beautiful tropical acres and features fresh water lakes, three tennis courts and three pools. Boat/RV parking is also available on the complex.

Located in the heart of Destin, it is within walking distance of several award winning restaurants as well as many fast food restaurants, shopping, Big Kahunas Water Park, and The Track Amusement Park, glam night spots and the sugar sand of the Emerald Coast and the Gulf of Mexico. If deep-sea fishing is your thing, the famous Destin fishing fleet is just a couple of miles down the road. Also just a few minutes away are several championship golf courses such as Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, and the home of the Boeing Golf Championship...Sandestin Raven Golf Course. We also have several art galleries, historic museums, The Gulfarium, and much much more.

At Gulf Terrace you will find something for everyone. Try your luck at fishing in the freshwater lake. Have a family barbecue at one of the many outside grills. If tennis is your game, then play on one of the three newly paved tennis courts. Or just relax with your favorite beverage in one of the three sparkling pools. The beach is just a short walk away or you can drive to one of Florida's best national parks...Henderson Beach. For a nominal parking fee, you can load up your car with beach chairs and a picnic lunch, and spend the day on one of the world’s most beautiful beaches. The park has nice, clean restrooms, vending machines, and a covered picnic pavilion.

This unit is located on the second floor and sleeps four to six people comfortably with a queen-size bed in each room and it also has a queen-size sleeper sofa. The unit is located steps from the swimming pool. This unit has just had a new make-over and has top-of-line furnishings. You can even whip up a gourmet meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit. All linens are provided.
