Why the Owner Chose Sausalito
I live here and have a studio below. I go away for the summer so it is a waste if no one were to enjoy this beautiful spot. I do have a property manager to watch over and answer questions and I am available by phone and e-mail.
The Unique Benefits of this Studio Apartment
It is just a lovely view, quiet and away from crowds but a short walk to Old Town Sausalito, the ferry to San Francisco and endless open space. Since it is at the end of a dead end street, there is no traffic.
