9 BR, 8 BA, 26 person Semi-OF mansion at 1036 Lighthouse Dr is perfect for large groups and reunions. Per person cost is one of the best deals around!! Only 500 feet to the beach!!! Double appliances accommodates everyone perfectly. There's an elevator to help you to the gorgeous top living area with two master suites, great room, and kitchen. Out back is a large black gunite pool with heater and in-ground kiddie pool.
On the ground level you'll find a rec room with pool table, stereo, TV, wet bar, wine cooler, kids' room with 3 bunk sets, bedroom with two bunk sets, full bathroom, and King master suite.
Mid level contains den with sitting room and foosball, 2 Queen master suites, King master suite with deck, queen bedroom, and a half bath.
The top level has a large deck with gas grille, hot tub overlooking pool area, dining room, great room, kitchen with double appliances, and 2 King master suites.
Outside you'll find a large black gunite pool (18 x 40) a hot tub, a 6' spiral waterslide coming spring 09, and putting green.
Deposit required to reserve, $70 non-refundable accidental damage insurance waiver, balance due within 30 days of your arrival, credit cards accepted with 3% processing fee, dogs ok but no pitbulls, cats, chihuahuas or dogs under 1 year old. one out of three guests must be at least 25 years of age. Deposit required to reserve, $275 cancellation fee plus any other costs associated with rerenting property ONLY if we can find a replacement, otherwise you lose your deposit.
