Beautiful home located in private enclave right on Historic Cheesman Park. We are within walking distance from Cherry Creek North and just minutes from downtown. We have all the amenities you are looking for during your stay in Denver. Everything is easily accessible from our home....restaurants, theater, shopping, Denver Library, museums, Coors Field, Whole Foods grocery (4 blocks from home), and all the DNC activities.

Our home sits on beautiful Cheesman Park. We have gardens around our home for you to sit in and relax, unwind by the fountain. We have a full gourmet kitchen newly remodeled 2 years ago with all the bells and whistles (subzero frige and wine coolers, Wolf stove, Sharp Trivection oven). We have a large lounging room in the basement with a bar, big screen TV, fireplace and wine cellar. Our home is gated in with an attached 2 car garage which is a nice convenience for the Capital Hill area.
