We found this home to be very homey and comfortable. We cooked several meals while there and found the kitchen to be very well equipped. In fact, we could not think of anything that should be added to the kitchen. The house is very spacious with plenty of nice bedrooms. The home is in a quite neighborhood and is close to everything. We look forward to more visits.

We loved the house and all the room it had to offer. Grandma & Grandpa, My family of 5 and my sister's family of 3 stayed here with plenty of room! The bedrooms are huge, in fact everyroom is great in size. We traveled to Littleton for my nephew's HS Graduation, it was an exellent location - just down Bowles Ave from my brothers. It comes excellently furnished. The house had everything we needed, grill, oven, patio, etc. The only thing we wished were closer was a grocery store. The house was very clean, the bathrooms especially! Would highly recommend to anyone. Quiet neighborhood too.

It was a delight to be in your home. Much more spacious then we ever anticipated....This home was absolutely spotless....the cleanest home we have ever been in on a VRBO. The kitchen had everything we could ever want for cooking and a nice set of dishes and glasses. We look forward to the opportunity to stay there again. Also, an excellent location to many adventures in the surrounding areas. The owners do a wonderful job of making you feel very much at home. Thank you again for the great stay.

We have stayed at Chic and Beth's house a couple of times and are returning next week for another visit. We have found the house to be very accomodating for our visit to Denver to see my husbands 3 minor children. The bedrooms are very spacious, so each child and adults alike, can enjoy our own "space". I love the kitchen with all the amenities to cook with. We cook every meal at the house while we are in Denver. Not only does that save a lot of money it gives us great family time around the kitchen table. The upstairs sitting room gives the kids and us a quiet place to do our business or homework while others can be downstairs watching T.V. on the leather sofa. The house is located close to sushi, a great muffin shop, Tony's market, movie theatres, and much more. The owners have always been helpful with any questions we have had about the area. We have found our home away from home in Chic and Beth's home and look forward to many more visits!

We stayed at this house with our family of nine, making use of each of the bedrooms for our adult children with spouses, ourselves, and our single adult children. The home is a multi-level house with a fully furnished kitchen, a den with a large-screen television, leather couch and recliner chairs, full-size laundry room, open dining and living room with a fireplace, and three full baths. We all had room to enjoy one another, as well as space to get away for rest and relaxation breaks. The home is just blocks from the Columbine Golf Club clubhouse, and an easy drive from all the attractions of downtown Denver. Beth is readily available and accommodating, although the house is well supplied and clean. Though we were there in the winter months, the house also has a great patio with patio furniture and a grill. You won't be disappointed renting this property.

Hi Beth and Chic, We are all here in town now and the house is great and we are having a wonderful visit. We wanted to especially thank you for all of the Christmas decorations. We can tell you put a lot of thought in to it and it really adds a festive feel to the house. Merry Christmas Tony P.

Our family of 8 met in Denver for a reunion and booked this house to accomodate 3 couples and 2 teenagers. It was clean and comfortable. Very nice space with 2 living areas and a large clean, well equipped kitchen. It was close to the high speed rail (within cab distance) into Denver and near the Platte River bike path and golf courses. The satellite big screen TV was a plus for the kids and the additional TV in the master was good. The beds were all comfortable and clean and there were plenty of linens and paper goods.

We arrived in mid July for a week stay in Littleton and choose Beth's home in Columbine Valley. We had more than enough room, there must be 3500 sq ft plus patios and decks. The kids enjoyed a fenced grassy back yard just off a shaded patio where we could supervise. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived. We played golf at the Littleton public course as well as the great course at Columbine Country Club thanks to Beth.(just down the street). Breakfast at Toast and dinner at Opus both in Littleton is as good as it gets. There's a gourmet food store called Tony's just 5 minutes away. Best grocery store I've visited. Our last day we walked the South Platte trail to the Platte River Yacht club (beer & burgers). The trail goes to Chatfield Lake and is quiet and full of nature. We highly recommend Beth's Columbine Valley Home.
