It offers absolutely breathtaking panoramic views of the lake, the lighthouse and the surrounding Texas hills (no direct western sunlight keeps this condo cool during hot summer days!!).

The Waters development is situated in the heart of Texas, just an hour west of Austin, and within the renowned 7,000-acre Horseshoe Bay Resort. The Resort lies along the shore of beautiful constant-level Lake LBJ in the midst of scenic Texas Hill Country. The private airport is only 1/2 mile away.
This unit has been decorated with premier furnishings and flat screen LCD TVs!! The gourmet kitchen includes granite counter-tops and fully equipped with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances including a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker, cookware, dishes and flatware. For your entertainment, there are two flat screen LCD TVs, Cable TV and an Apple iPod docking station. Full size washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, hair dryers and bathrobes are also provided. The fully-furnished balcony will allow you to relax overlooking the lake with a nice Texas breeze (5 floors up). Everything is within walking distance, including restaurants, tennis, pools, spa and the marina...and of course the lake is just out the front door. Why spend your weekend in another stuffy hotel? And remember, the nearby Marriott rooms do not have balcony's to enjoy (it's not even directly on the lake)!!
