Located in a quiet community, our home is perfect for family gatherings! This location is also convenient to downtown Rehoboth, Dewey, tax-free outlet shopping and many area activities!
Our single family home is in a quiet community with plenty of room to sleep 12-15 people comfortably (4 Bedrooms), 4 full bathrooms and private driveway for parking up to 7 cars. For your entertainment, our home has Wi-Fi internet, a large rec room with pool table and the entertainment room with wet bar comes complete with foosball table and shuffleboard! For outdoor grilling, there’s a Weber gas grill and the front porch has seating to relax and read a good book.
The first floor includes a living room, dining room and very large well-equipped kitchen (full size refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender) with plenty of cabinet space, full size washer and dryer, and enclosed back porch/family room with cable TV.
There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor; the Master Bedroom (queen bed) with 2 closets and an en-suite bath, Bedroom #2 (twin bed, double lower/upper twin bunk bed) and Bedroom #3 (twin bed, double lower/upper twin bunk bed). Pillows and bedspreads are included.
The basement has 4 rooms and a full bath with double sinks. Room #1 has a pool table, Room #2 has a wet bar, full refrigerator, foosball, shuffleboard and flat screen TV, Room #3 is a spacious bedroom with a queen bed and double lower (futon)/upper twin bunk and Room #4 is a large office with a couch.
Rental is Saturday to Saturday. No Senior week rentals

Great location!Clean and plenty of room for everyone! Quick walk to beach and everything else in Dewey! Robin, the owner is great! We stayed in September 2008 and when we came home booked it for Summer 09 for two weeks already!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 3/3

We stayed at this property and it is a great place to stay. The owner Robin was wonderful and went out of his way to make our stay great. We can't wait to go back next year.
