Our luxury villa is located in the prestigious Lake Berkley Resort in Kissimmee. Lake Berkley is a gated community with a guard present 24 hrs a day. Our villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and its own private screened in, heated pool which is also handicapped accessible. The pool area has a large lanai with table, chairs, and overhead fan. The perfect place for lunch or a great place for your morning coffee or tea. The villa is air conditioned and fully furnished. It also has been recently redecorated by its new owners. It has a formal dining room and eat in kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need to prepare a family feast or a simple snack for the kids. The master bedroom has a king bed with TV and sliding doors to the pool area. It also has its own bathroom with a door going out to the pool. The second master bedroom has a queen bed with TV and its own bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds. All the bedrooms have ample closet space. We have cable TV and hairdryers are provided in all bathrooms. The villa has a washer and dryer. The double car garage has been turned into a fully carpeted game room. It has full size table tennis, 6 FT air hockey game, and a foosball table. Lake Berkley is close enough to all the action but also far enough away to enjoy some peace and tranquility. Located within a mile from famous route 192. You are never far away from excellent restaurants, shopping centers, Disney, attractions, go karts, mini golf and much much more. We are also only a mile away from a 24 hr Wal-mart Supercenter.

We loved the house. Conveniently located and nice to take a quick dip in the pool after long days at the parks. Well maintained and very clean. Bill made sure all was in order prior to arrival. Look forward to booking again.

We enjoyed our stay at the villa. It had absolutly everything we needed for a great vacation. I espically liked that everything was so clean and we had plenty of towels. We all enjoyed the pool after long days at the parks and the kids loved the game room. Bill and jackie were great and very easy to work with. I would definatly stay here again.

I would like to say to anyone that is planning a trip to Orlando .Bill&Jackie house was so great! My grankids loved the pool,we felt right at home.We are already planning to return to the same house next year. You must check it out!!

Just got back from Florida after a wonderful week at this villa with my family. We were down for a relatives wedding on Saturday and then spent the rest of the week visiting family and taking in the tourist spots. The villa was perfectly located for us to visit our relatives and was very close to Disney and Universal. We have older children so we skipped Disney and did Universal, Sea-world, Discovery cove, city-walk, and I-drive restaurants. The house was never far from any of the sites. The house was spacious and had plenty of room for all seven of us. A few more in our group would have been just fine. The house was well appointed and had all the amenities we could ask for. We had a warm week for March and the heated pool was very refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The house was so nice that we actually invited our Florida relatives over for an afternoon luncheon and a swim for the kids. It felt like having your own vacation home. The villa was in a gated community and everyone made us feel very welcome. We visit Orlando often and have stayed in top resorts before, we enjoyed the freedom of the villa even more. My Family and I just spent 2 WONDERFUL weeks in Florida in this villa. It was a home away from home. Clean spacious & very inviting. The Location was perfect to all parks, shopping and resturants. We had a really great time in Orlando. I would recommend this villa for everyone who wants to go Orlando area. The gated community is really nice, and the owner, Bill Smith, is always providing for the stay to be the best possible. I had been to Lake Berkley before with my wife and kids, and this house was the best we had ever stayed.

This is a beautiful vacation home with lots of great ammenities and plenty of room! It is great to be able to come home and take a dip in the pool after spending the day at Disney World, which is super close. Would definately recommend this Villa to family and friends planning a visit to Florida!

Hi Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Great Place!!! We truly enjoyed our stay at your house from October 13 thru October 27, 2008. The house was beautiful and spacious for the comfort of our family. The pool and the game room was enjoyed by each and everyone of us. It was so close to Disney World, and Sea World which made it very convenient to visit. We can't wait to come again.
