A couple of "must-do" unique Colorado experiences:
Red Rocks Amphitheater - Morrison, CO
Nestled in the Rocky Mountain Foothills fifteen miles west of Denver, there stands a symbol of nature's unparalleled majesty. Red Rocks is a geologically formed, open-air Amphitheatre that is not duplicated anywhere in the world. With Mother Nature as the architect, the design of the Amphitheatre consists of two, three hundred-foot monoliths (Ship Rock and Creation Rock) that provide acoustic perfection for any performance.
The Central City Opera - Dramatic and Different
Central City Opera's uniqueness lies in the beautiful jewel-box theatre where we perform acclaimed traditional and progressive works. The combination of diverse repertory and intimate venue attracts internationally recognized directors, conductors and artists. The result - amazing, exciting and unforgettable Art.

All-Season Colorado Adventure & Casino Fun
Year Purchased: 2004
Why the Owner Chose Black Hawk
We love Colorado and all the outdoor adventures to be found in this wonderful location. After camping in Golden Gate Canyon State Park seveal years ago and attending numerous concerts at Red Rocks Amphitheater, we decided to buy a home where we could enjoy all the seasonal diversity Colorado offers. Whether it's a snowy Christmas in the winter, colorful autumn transitions throughout the high country, outdoor summer adventures or the wildflower beauty during each spring's renewal, there isn't a dull moment throughout the year.
Our vacation rental business allows us to share this fun with others who enjoy getting away from the ordinary and experience a truly special vacation. Many of our visitors are there to re-unite with family and friends in a beautiful setting and each has left with many kind words about their stay.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We outline the many attractions and activities throughout the area in the rental description. But the real benefit seems to be the chance for family and friends to spend time together in a home that provides a relaxing environment for both adults and children.

Owner's Map of Black Hawk
Jim & Sherri have been residents of Arizona for over 30 years but also love escaping to Colorado with their two children to beat the summer heat and enjoy the winter seasons Colorado offers. We've camped, fished, skied, hiked, rode horses, river-rafted and truly enjoyed this remarkable state. The time we spend at our Colorado home offers us a chance to share in these adventures and spend time together at the home playing board games, pool, foosball or watching movies on the big screen. One day, we'll get to spend even more time here but for now it's our home away from home.

Description and fotos are accurate. House is clean and very organized. Owner provides all info that you could possibly need and more. Also very responsive if called for any reason. I spent one day skiing at Eudora resort; beautiful place and only 20 minutes from the house. I spent another day visiting Winter Park City and rode snowmobile for the first time in my life with Great Adventrues. You feel like you are in Europe due to the charming archtecture of Winter Park. The Snowmobile was UNFORGETTABLE I suggest it to everyone. Don't worry with age, there were people fat and close to their 70's doing it in my group. They all loved it. I spent another day at the Rocky Mountain National Park. It was also fantastic. The house is fully equipped and you really don't need to bring anything. There are video games, board games, pool table, etc. Thanks for the great time!!!

We had the chance to stay at this property again....this time we had a family reunion. There were 11 of us; and we had lots of room. We enjoyed the activities at Golden Gate Park, Rocky Mountain National Park, Ft. Collins for brew tours....we never ran out of things to do. We would love to come back sometime in the fall.....I can just imagine how beautiful the Aspens are. The pictures on the website don't do this property justice...you must see if for yourself...thanks Jim and Sherri for all your help.

We had a great time. The house was the perfect size for us. We had 5 17 yr old boys and no one had to share a bed. The guys had the down stairs and the adults had the upstairs. We loved the smell of the trees. The house was great and Sherri was great and always available when I called with questions. My tip would be if trying to find it at night, please ask to have the porch light on. We got lost late at night and it was pouring down rain no less, but Sherri and her husband guided us there without any problems. The house is way out, so if you are arriving late, be sure you stock up at the store before arriving as it's away from a store or anything really. Luckily we had things with us from stocking up in Colorado Springs earlier. We really enjoyed ourselves and we would recommend it to others. The 9 of us fit perfectly and enjoyed celebrating two birthdays there too! Thanks Sherri for all your help. Maybe we will see you again next year!

The house was perfect for us-- with 6 adults and 5 kids I was curious to see how everyone would fit, and there was more than ample room for sleeping and hanging out-- with some room to spare, too. The giant back deck is awesome for meals, relaxing, watching the sunrise, and there's plenty of hummingbird activity. We couldn't have hoped for more.

Our family had a great time and really enjoyed your home. I can't think of a thing I would do differently. The younger generation enjoyed the games downstairs and there was so much room upstairs for the extended family to gather. The house is hard to find after dark, but the directions worked when you could see the signs! Great house --great location!
