Cozy Get-A-Way is at the heart of Lake Oconee. With in a mile of all the amenities mentioned. Cozy was built in 2003 and has been on the rental program since.

There are 3 historic towns surrounding you. Greensboro, Madison and the closet Eatonton, home of Uncle Remus. All of these towns have antique shops, shopping on the square, ice cream parlors and be sure not to miss the antebellum homes.
There is also just opened within a couple of miles a movie theater that offers a club level and great lunch specials. It is in the Publix strip mall. Christian Book stores, mini golf and of coarse some of the nations best Golf courses within miles.
Master bedroom has beautiful view of the lake. Even as you fix breakfast you can enjoy the serenity of the Lake.
Large level yard for family gatherings with a swing for your relaxation while watching the sun set. Lots of parking area.
