A beautiful relaxing new and very spacious mountain retreat located in the heart of the Laurel Highlands. Come visit any season, enjoy fishing in the spring, river rafting and golfing at the many local courses in the summer, hiking & biking thru our magnificent autumn foliage, and of course our winter months are filled with skiing, snow tubing, snow boarding, and many other winter activities.

The choice is yours, be busy or relax. You can set on our deck w/ a good book & enjoy the quiet sounds of a bubbling brook or partake in many of the surrounding activities.

Amenities	Air Conditioning: Air condioners in each of the 4 bedrooms for the comfort of each individual Washer: Large capacity washer & dryer located in laundry area on first floor along with ironing board and iron. Dryer Linens Provided: 2 sets of 100% cotton sheets at least 320count per bedroom also for sofabed and futon located in the family/game room downstairs. Garage: 2 car garage, very spacious Off Street Parking: We have a blacktopped drive into the propery wide enough to park and a parking area along side of garage. Wood Fireplace: We have 2 wood fireplaces with electric fireplace inserts for our short term rental guests.
Beds	Queen Bed: All beds are new best quality mattress's Convertible Bed: Sofa bed is queensize, futon is double size all furnishing are new.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: Stand Alone Casino Style Game Bar & Shuffle Board Table DVD VCR Foosball Air Hockey
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: There a two breakfast bars that seat 8, and large dining table that seats 10. Cooking Utensils Provided Refrigerator Dishwasher Microwave Ice Maker
