An exquisite home split into two fully functioning, separate living sides for renters in small or larger groups. This home is situated on lovely Bass Lake and is only minutes from downtown Gwinn, where local shopping, groceries, bars and restaurants are available. We are also only 20 minutes from the main town of Marquette where all the shopping, dining and social activities are available. All of this is located right alongside beautiful Lake Superior.
This home is truly a wonderful and relaxing retreat and can be anything you make of it. In the summertime great activities such as water-skiing, swimming,, fishing, jet-skiing, and boating are a must as in the wintertime the skiing, snow-shoeing, sledding, ice-fishing, and snowmobiling are.
We are equipped with a fishing boat and a pontoon boat for your use along with an outdoor fire pit for nights with s'mores after a nice barbeque dinner. There is full cable and electricity with a lovely fireplace to snuggle and warm up by. There is hot, regular flowing water throughout. A mudroom for the winter season and a covered patio/sunroom for enjoying the sunrise and drying off from the lake. This area is very quiet and peaceful with little to no noise surrounding the property. This home is truly an outdoor wonderland and also a very peaceful and relaxing getaway during any season!!!

My brother came in from Altanta, GA and rented the entire home for a week. What a wonderful wonderful vacation. He, his lovey wife and my niece/nephew stayed in the larger unit while the remainder of the family was on the other side. Great way to be together without being underfoot. The lake is wonderful, as is the toys that go along with it. We certainly enjoyed our evenings at the fire pit. My nephew got his fill of fishing and peanut niece and I played at the water's edge for hours on end. The homes were beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you could possibly need. Everything was clean, new and fresh. For anyone wanting peace and quiet without being too far from necessities, I would strongly recommend staying on East Bass Lake.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

We enjoyed the property very much. The two houses were perfect for our large extended family. Everything was fairly new and in great shape. The lake is beautiful and there was plenty of room for the kids to run around and play. We would definitely go back.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children.
