Very Spacious, Clutter-Free, Open Floor Plan

This was our second stay at this home. Love it. Most places in Aptos seem to have a reverse floorplan, which means you enter on the bedroom floor and have to go upstairs to get to the kitchen, dining room and living room. This home doesn't, which is great. That means my aunt who lives in Aptos and has trouble negotiating stairs, was able to come over and visit with us at this house. The downstairs has an open floor plan. So it's perfect for cooking while visiting with family and guests. The dining room table easily accomodates 8. Kitchen is huge, with tons of counter space. The three bedrooms upstairs are very comfortable. Bathrooms are great. Large jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom is great for bathing the kids in. My kids love the trampoline in the backyard. The only thing I wish it had is internet access. Overall great rental house and I'd definitely go back.

The house is very nice. Spacious, comfortable, clean and attractive. Lots of room for our family of 6, plus a great backyard and fun trampoline. Our only minor disappointment was that it wasn't quite as close to the beach as we hoped. Walking to the beach with our 4 young children wouldn't have worked but it wasn't an issue. We drove to several different beaches to explore the area. The house is located near lots of fun places, so overall it was a great stay. We hope to come back in the future!

This is our second time renting this home. It is absolutely beautiful. The description and pictures of the house are accurate. We are a family of six and there is plenty of room to roam. I like the fact that our 4 teenagers were able to fit in the bunk beds. And there is plenty of room in the bedrooms. Lots of stuff to do in the area. Capitola, Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk, Shopping in Down Town Santa Cruz. Recently, a local resident informed us of a place called "Niscene Park, which is located in Aptos. It's a beautiful place. There are biking and walking trails. I would recommend this place for tweens or teenagers. It is a 2-story home for those who have small children.

This is our second time staying at this property. It is very large and comfortable. We had four kids staying in their own room with two sets of bunk beds. A crib was available for the infant in our group. The master bathroom had a beautiful shower and jetted tub. And there were three full baths at the home, which came in handy when everyone returned from the beach. The kids loved playing in the backyard on the trampoline. The kitchen is huge with a professional gas range and spacious granite counter tops. We cooked and barbequed every evening. There were plenty of dishes and cookware available. There is a large dining room table which can easily accomodate a big group. The beach is a short walk away and there were even beach toys, a wagon, and beach chairs to use. The home is situated close to Capitola, the Santa Cruz Beach boardwalk, Roaring Camp Railroad, and the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and we have visited all of these places while staying at the house. The property manager, Stephanie, was available by phone to answer our questions during the stay and was accomodating to us when we asked to check in early and check out late. She purchased bedside lamps and beach towels for the house at our suggestion. The property was clean and well maintained. The only negative was the lack of internet connection at the home. Our family has great memories from both of our stays at this house and we hope to return in the future!
