20HS Brand New Private PET FRIENDLY Home with Waterfalls Pool, sleeps 16. Experience the perfect vacation, Florida style. This is a beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 baths that sleeps 16. This is a private waterfall pool home that is 4 houses from the Ocean and has a canoe or kayak launch at the other end of the street.
Downstairs has 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a 1/2 bath in the laundry room. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Downstairs there is a Queen, 2 sets of Bunk beds and a Queen size sofa in the living room. Upstairs it has a Queen, 2 twins, and a double futon and a Queen size sleeper. Upstairs also sleeps 8.
This unit rents at $1600.00 per week in the off-season months only. There is high-speed internet, cable, and a large BBQ there is also a washer and dryer. The total for the week would come to $2,026.25 this would include all taxes and fees. There is also a $400.00 REFUNDABLE security deposit required. Compliance with Rules and Regulations : Renter shall take all reasonable steps to see that he/she members of his/her family and other occupants of the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises adhere to the rules and regulations applicable to the Premises. Failure to do so may lead to the forfeiture of Security Deposit. The occupancy of the Premises and the use of community walkways and common areas shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb others. Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children. ABSOLUTELY NO NOISE AFTER 10:00PM. Your Security Deposit Will Hold Your Reservation and will be returned within 15 days after your departure. Deposit is subject to forfeiture in the event of damage to the Premises and/or contents thereof. A. All deposits and prepaid rental monies shall be placed in a non- interest-bearing escrow account. Full payment for rental must be received 90 days prior to arrival. If reservations booked than 90 days before arrival all monies must be paid in full at the time of confirm the reservation. B. REFUND OF SECURITY DEPOSIT. If a Renter wishes to cancel his/her reservation, he/her must do so within 15 days of booking date, his deposit shall be refunded less a cancellation fee of $50.00. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 15 DAYS OF BOOKING DATE AND IF BOOKING IS WITHIN 90 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE IS SHALL BE NON-REFUNDABLE.
