The "Jacopo" apartment location is unique: adjacent to Roman Forum, Bocca della Verità, Circo Massimo, in a very quiet environment. When you exit the apartment, you find in front of you the hill of Campidoglio. Few steps (I mean it, FEW steps) and you find on your right the Roman Forum and the Senate building. You enter the Forum, you cross it and you find yourself in front of Colosseo.
Via dei Fienili is a no tru street starting from Via San Teodoro and leading to Piazza della Consolazione, under the Capitol Hill.
It has an independent entrance surrounded with jasmin trees; three steps from the street level lead you in the apartment. The entrance door opens into the large living room. The kitchen, on your right, is fully equipped (burners, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, juicemaker, ...) with modern appliances, and is elevated over the living area. A black marble work/dining area gives the kitchen a special luxury taste. You can have your breakfast or your meals (if you are two) right in the kitchen area.
The living room, with a double sofa bed, a large library, a dining table with crystal top, is furnished with modern pieces and some classics like the "Le Courbusier" chaise longue. A flat screen TV with cable connection, togheter with a DVD player and a Pioneer stereo system, let you relax after a day of sightseeing.
The bedroom also has a large TV screen, so that you can relax while watching a movie or the news.
A corridor, with a large closet, leads to the bathroom, fully renovated, with a washing machine and a nice shower.
The apartment has been the house of a young MD and his wife. |
