Absolutely fell in love with community and property!

Three couples (each with children ranging from age 3-12) stayed here for Memorial Day weekend 2013. We had SUCH a great time! The drive was smooth and scenic, once we drove up to the security gate we were blown away how nice it was! The house Endless Summer did not disappoint! Very spacious with plenty of room for everyone. Spent out time at the beach, the pool and toured the Art Fest in Rosarito. We all had such a great time, we did not want to leave. Now my husband and I are looking to purchasing something there ourselves! Never knew such an awesome community was so very close to us (we live in San Diego) we plan on making another trip next month. We are hooked! Thanks Mark for all your help and advice! Don't hesitate to book your stay at this fine house.

Mexico at its best

Spent my 30th birthday at Endless Summer and could not have chosen a better spot. The owners are extremely responsive and more than willing to give suggestions on things to do locally and answer any questions you have. We didn't leave the complex much as the surf was good and the jacuzzi hot and inviting. Lots of BBQ and beers on the patio with a gas as well as charcoal BBQ. The description is spot on so you get exactly what you are expecting. The house is stocked with all you need but most importantly it has got a killer view. Don't forget your own beach towels though. As heads up the property is somewhat "split" between three bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs that require a second key for entrance. Worked well for us. Nice mellow way to enter my thirties.

Great place, great people. You feel at home, safe, comfy. Beautiful location and amenities. Stayed there for the weekend with a bunch of friends, we had the time of our lives. Price might be higher than others in the community, but still highly recommend!!

My stay at the Endless Summer Villa in Las Gaviotas was amazing to say the least! By the time I got home at then end of the weekend I felt as if I had been gone for weeks. The house is beautiful and very spacious with high ceilings and excellent views of the surf breaks and sunset. The fact that the house provides surf boards, kayaks and paddle boards makes it a must book! The location to everything else was great but the house is so awesome it's almost hard to leave. I can not wait to book a return trip! Thank you to the owners who were so nice and so accommodating we couldn't help but feel safe at home.

Stayed at Endless Summer w/ a group of 9 adults. All the fun beach equipment in the garage is a huge bonus for this house. House is well equipped and all 9 of us were very happy with the accommodations. I have stayed at several house in Las Gaviotas and I plan to rent this one for our next trip down south.

Party of 10 people stayed here. - All in our 20's. VERY safe location. Very close to the water. Downtown Rosarito was sort of a distance but a taxi will get you there for $12-15 Dollars. Puerto Nuevo was about a 7 minute drive- GREAT SEAFOOD. The house was great- Spacious! Has WiFi- Kitchen is fully equipped. Tons of toys in the garage- I was sort of dissapointed to see all the bicycles with flat tires. Other than that- our experience was great. Comfy beds, great views. The deck is amazzzing! Great for bbq's. The staff was great. Thx Mark!

very comfortable, clean and functional. although not all the surfboards were in working order, and didnt see the bikes, the kayaks and stand up paddleboard were nice extras. would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming back.

The house was exactly as it appears on the pictures. It is beautiful, breathtaking, with a spectacular view. We were very pleased with out stay at the house. We had some activities planed before our arrival, it helped to have planned ahead. We felt very safe and secure in the gated community. The security guards are very friendly and helpful. The homeowners were extremely helpful. We would definitely book again and if possible in the same house. We loved it, truly felt like a home away from home. Next time we would book for more than a two night stay.

My expectations were blown out of the water! Location route was safe and easy to get to; the facilities were spotless and well maintained. All the Gaviotas Staff were amazing, friendly, and most could speak good enough English, some were fluent. The house amenities were awesome, Wi-Fi, American TV cable, large kitchen (with everything you have in your kitchen at home) and dining area was so perfect - plenty of space to eat, cook, and relax in the same area. We didn’t think we were going to use the Kayaks, but we did and it was amazing. I have already recommended to co-workers and family and I will be going back this summer for a vacation with my Girlfriend to relax in what i think is the best quiet, close, safe location in Baja. It’s a must go !

Very easy booking for this great house in Las Gaviotas. I had stayed at the complex last year which is an awesome location with a nice beach, great surf break and very well maintained complex. The house was clean and well maintained. Great for large groups with a big dining room table and 5 bedrooms. The 2 downstairs rooms maybe an issue for some as you have to go outside and down some stairs to get to them. Only issue for us was the rain. The garage is huge and is well equipped with toys incl surfboards and kayaks which are great for the non surfers in the group or if there were no waves(never happened on 2 visits) asides from a couple minor issues which were well attended to by owner who is very conscientious this was a great place to stay and thoroughly recommended

Me, my husband and eight of our friends rented Endless Summer and were so stoked on our visit. The house had every amenity we could have hoped for, with beautiful views of both the coastline and the surf. We are so glad that we chose this house for our weekend away!

The Endless Summer Villa

This property is a great rental in the Las Gaviotas community. It is incredibly spacious, comes with lots of surf toys and is really close to the water. Unique in the fact that the house is kinda split into two units but that is great for creating some privacy. Had a great stay and would definitely rent here again!

A Perfect Home for a Large Famly

I can't recommend the "Endless Summer Villa" enough. My family spent the Christmas week there and we had a wonderful time. The main floor has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and a remarkable and always changing ocean view. It also has a large dining table and open floor plan so we could all be together when dinners where being cooked. (We assigned each couple a different night for cooking which lead to some adventurous menus!) Downstairs is another apartment (2 bedrooms, 1 bath) totally separated. It was perfect for the younger adults in the group as they could stay up later then the rest of us and not disturb anyone. The house has charming bedrooms with comfortable beds. The kitchen has everything you need. The location of the house is just a short walk from the quay, clubhouse, pool, tidepools and charming beach with palapas. My children and the adult children of my sisters had a wonderful time. Even my 90-year old mother felt right at home there. We loved working with Mark who is professional, easy-going and very helpful. Las Gaviotas was a real haven with guards at the gate who were serious about their job. With the economy the way it is, with was very relaxing knowing we were secure. The location is very close to the charming Rosarito and we had several lunches there at the hotel. We also enjoyed the shopping just up the road: pottery, clothes, garden art, tiles. We have been telling all our friends about the house and I think Mark will be hearing from them very soon! We hope to return again! (Perhaps next time we will take surfing lessons.)

Great Garage Beach Toys

My husband and I have stayed at several different homes in Las Gaviotas over the years. This home was by far the nicest and the cleanest. The beach toys in the garage are what made this vacation especially nice. We always have too many people in the car to bring down beach gear. My husband and I took the kayak out early one morning and paddled to the seal island. Our kids used the stand-up paddle boards and surfboards for hours each day. The Endless Summer house is where we will be staying for now on. I highly recommend this home.

Great Thanksgiving!

My friends and I (eight total) stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked. It was perfect for several people cooking at the same time! Everything was comfortable and large enough to accommodate all of us. Las Gaviotas was beautiful. There is something for everyone, surfers and non-surfers alike. The pool and hot tub is wonderful too. I recommend checking out Puerto Nuevo, just about five miles south of Gaviotas. You can get a lobster dinner on the cheap and do all your souvenir shopping all at once. A bit further south of Puerto Nuevo is an amazing seafood restaurant called Splash. Do yourself a favor and get the black sea bass! There are several boards available at the house, which is great, especially if you want to try a different length. I would still bring your own board. We will definitely be coming back next Thanksgiving!

This place was exactly what we were looking for in a house. I stayed there on a Friday and Saturday with 6 of my friends for my birthday weekend. The photos sold me and they didn't lie, there is much pride in ownership in this house. Do be aware that the bottom two bedrooms are not connected to the upstairs, it is separate from the upstairs entrance, and you have to go through the downstairs rooms to use the garage. It wasn't a problem at all, just something to note. There are plenty of utensils and we did cook and bake while we there. The view from the balcony is great, and the walk around the complex is beautiful. There is security that patrols which was reassuring. And top it all off the owner was extremely organized and prompt in communications. We all decided we would most definitely like to come back again, and again.......

Endless summer was the perfect place for our party of 5 couples. All bedrooms had either a king or queen bed, and the dinner room seated all 10 of us. The villa was exactly as represented in description and photos - very well appointed and nicely decorated. The Las Gaviotas community was very friendly and immaculate. We loved having morning coffee on the deck viewing the ocean and walking around the property. The beach was gorgeous. We would definately stay here again. Only critique is that the knives was pretty dull and couldn't find a cutting board - otherwise the kitchen was very well equipped. Also, could use a new ceiling fan in the top back left bedroom. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely house with us.

Endless Summer Villa Lives up to its name

Four friends and I drove down from San Diego to stay the weekend at the Endless Summer Villa. Our stay was fantastic and we can't wait to return. Outside of the Villa, Las Gaviotas is a perfect weekend getaway. Surfing, Kayaking, Fishing, Pool, Beach you name it La Gaviotas has it. The only negatives I could think of about the community is that they have a really scary set of rules, which we never had any problems with, but scary nonetheless, and you have to drive to get tacos. Other than that it is a truly a gem on the Baja coast. The Endless Summer Villa was great, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and the furniture and decor of the place was really nice. One thing that rocked my world was their super high quality bath towels. I have been coming down to Baja a few times a year for the last 20 years and these were far and away the nicest bath towels I ever used. Not a big thing, but made an impression on me. Overall an excellent stay and worth every penny!

We loved this home beautiful and perfect for big family gatherings another plus that we loved about the home was the Kayaks and Surfboards as well as the little wagon to take the kids and stuff in to the beautiful pool and private beach. 5 1/2 Hour Drive from Arizona to Paradise

My family, friends & I stayed in this beach home for about a week in September 2012. In a word, our stay was GREAT! Waking up to such a beautiful view each day was well worth the 5 1/2 hour drive it took to get there. The house has everything anyone would need to truly enjoy themselves for any length of time. I could sincerely go on and say so much more, but words cant describe how pleased we were. So the question is... would I recommend a stay here?? Las Gaviotes is such a great community and the house is wonderful. We hope to stay at this location again and I will definately tell my family and friends. Girls Weekend in Mexico

We found Endless Summer Villa on VRBO and after staying the weekend, we were lucky we did. 10 old friends from college had probably the best weekend we could have hoped for. The house was large and comfortable to stay in. We cooked together and just loved lounging around. When not in the home we were hanging out at the beach and pool. One of the best discoveries of the weekend was the fresh fish sold at the complex pool. The civiche was incredible. We hope to make it an annual pilgrimage. We highly encourage anyone to stay at this home. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. The process was smooth and easy. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home.

We stayed at Endless Summer Villa with three other families and all had a great time. Once we arrived we were stunned at how beautiful the house was. The photos on the web site did not do the home justice. The home was large enough that we all were able to spread out but still be together. The large dining room table made for terrific meals. The large patio was also great for BBQing together. The owner was extremely pleasant to work with, answering all our questions and making sure we were prepared for the trip. I highly recommend this home and we will be back again and again.

We just rented the Endless Summer Villa for an extended weekend. The community itself is wonderful adn very safe. The house was great! Beautiful views of the ocean and all the comfort you need to relax and enjoy being out of town. The owner is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need to enjoy your vacation. We had a great time at this home. Each morning we woke up to schools of dolphins swimming by. There is something about drinking a good cup of coffee and watching dolphins out the window in the morning. The home was comfortable and very spacious. This was one of our best family vacations. Everyone had a great time. I would recommend this home to families especially.

I stayed at this house a few weeks ago and was amazed. The house was spacious with and amazing view. It was much nicer than we expected, the house and furniture has definately been updated since the pictures online. It was clean and modern, the master bedroom was amazing along with the patio and dining room. I've stayed at about 6 different places in Los Gaviotas and this is by far the best one. The house is perfect and is full of toys like surfboards and fishing polls that no other place had down there. I was impressed with every aspect of it an will be back for sure. Thanks

Good Times in Gaviotas

We walked into the home and my husband and daughter said "Wow, can we live here!" We felt at home as soon as we arrived. The owners equiped the condo with everything we needed and more. The photos on the internet do not do justice to how much more beautiful the home is in person. The kayaks in the garage were probably our favorite "extra" in the home. The view from the terrace is wonderful and we enjoyed BBQing there at sunset. There were also plenty of great local places to venture out to and take in the culture. Tacos at "Taco Surf" was our favorite dining experience. It was a short visit that we wish didn't have to end. We can't wait to return.

We rented this house recently for my son’s 12th birthday with 3 other families. The summer vacation with the family was amazing, the kids really enjoyed playing in the pool and at the beach. We are already planning when we can go back. The community is very safe, friendly and beautifully maintained. The house itself is very beautiful and perfect for our family and as described on the web, really cozy. We had too much fun; the view from the kitchen, living room and patio is amazing. Everything was very clean and there where no problems at all, We had more than enough room for the 10 people (Family Members). Antoinette was easy and friendly to work with, very responsive, and I'm sure at some point we'll rent from her again.

Friends and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. Each stay at Las Gaviotas has been amazing. This was my third stay. The complex, which gently slopes down to the ocean, has Spanish style homes, with each one being uniquely different. This home (Endless Summer Villa) is the nicest one that my friends and I have stayed at. The large open area of the living room, dining room and kitchen allowed us all to comfortably spread out and still socialize. The home was very clean and had all the things we needed to cook and BBQ with. The owner was extremely nice to work throughout the process of renting the home and she provided a lot of recommendations for things to do throughout the area. The use of the kayaks was terrific. We fished off the kelp beds one morning and watched as dolphins swam by. We will be coming back again and again to this home. I would recommend it to everyone!

Our family had a wonderful time at Las Gaviotas. The complex is a beautiful and safe area. It is rare to find places with that amount of security. The security guards spoke English and were very helpful answering questions in regards to finding different places around the Rosarito and Ensenada area. The house is really nice and huge!!!! The bedrooms are very comfortable, spacious and clean. The kitchen-living room area was the most popular with everybody. All the amenities made a difference and made our vacation extra special because we had different things to do and the view from the top floor was breathtaking. I will reccomend your house to my friends and family because we are always looking for places like this to vacation. I look forward to vacationing at Las Gaviotas next summer.

Hi, just wanted to say that after staying at Endless Summer Villa we will definately be coming back. Three families spent Thanksgiving together. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals and the large dining room table made it extra nice to eat together. We loved the wood beam ceilings and tile floors. The view was stunning. Waking up in the morning with a cup of coffee and dolphins swimming by was a pleasure. Thanks again for being so easy to work with.

Just a quick note of thanks for helping us enjoy a wonderful family weekend. Our group consisted of one grand parent and two families. From the moment we walked thru the front door to we felt we were in a special home that was furnished with a lot of love and care. Everything we needed to prepare meals for 9 people could be found in the kitchen and everyone was very comfortable in all the bedrooms. Las Gaviotas is a beautiful complex. The morning walks along the coastal path was my favorite part of the weekend.

Myself and four friends stayed at Villa Endless Summer for two nights/three days. We surfed each morning and each evening and had a great time. On Saturday afternoon we rode quad runners on the sand dunes south of Las Gaviotas. The home was amazing. Realy comfortable. In the evenings we BBQ'd on the patio and relaxed in front of a 180 degree view. We have done this several times now at Las Gaviotas and will be coming back to Villa Endless Summer again. Thanks!

This house was perfect. It was very clean and very convenient. There were no problems or complaints at all. The community is very secure, with amenities that include a pool, private beach, shuffleboard and tennis courts. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The location is great, being just a short drive from downtown Rosarito, or a little longer, albeit reasonable drive to Ensenada. I would definitely rent this house again.

I am happy to write this review at the request of the owner. As I explained on the phone, our three families had a terrific vacation at Vill Endless Summer. The home was even nicer than the photos suggested. Everything we could have hoped for we found at the home and complex (well stocked kitchen with everything we needed for cooking, comfortable bedrooms, a breathtaking ocean view and a beautiful beach). We will be returning again and again. We recommend a drive to the Guadalupe Wine Valley. It was a day trip that we all enjoyed. Thank you once again to the owners for recommending it.

We highly recommend this home to large families. We are a family of six (four children ages six to eighteen). We were joined by another family of four. Plenty of room for everyone to relax. The large living room area and dining room allowed us to spread out and enjoy each others company. BBQing on the patio with the spacious view was terrific. The complex was family friendly (playground, pool, tide pools, sandy beach, great surfing for the adults, shopping across the street, tennis, etc.) Everyone had a great time. We'll be back!

This home is absolutely beautiful and has an amazing views. From the moment we arrived and checked in at the guard station we had a good feeling about the community. The guards and the people at Las Gaviotas were very friendly. The views were breathtaking. The coble-stone roads and community gardens were kept up very nice. We enjoyed walking along the beach boardwalk and watching the sunrise. The rooms were very large and there is a huge garage with surfboards, boogie boards and kayaks. It was a 10 minute drive to the main town of Rosarito and only five minutes to Puerto Nuevo. The owners were also very friendly and responded timely to our requests. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends and we look forward to returning. Thanks.

We appreciate very much all you did for us on our last minute booking. We are three good friends who grew up surfing together and have been going to Las Gaviotas for over ten years. Your home is the nicest one that we have stayed in so far. The addition of the two man kayak, the one man kayak and the other beach/pool stuff in the garage puts you over the top. We'll be back!!!

We just returned from Las Gaviotas where we had a great family vacation during Easter Break. The home is large and spacious. We have a large family so it worked out real well. There was something for all of us. The teens loved the pool and beach. My husband loved surfing in the mornings and hanging out with the family the rest of the day. We will be coming back again and again.

I am happy to write this review and explain what a terrific time my family, friends, and I had at Villa Endless Summer. I'll start off by saying that communicating by phone, email and mail prior to our arrival was painless. We found the house to be evan better than our expectations (very clean and nicely decorated). We had two other families with us and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out through the weekend. BBQing on the deck at sunset with good friends and cold beer after a day of surfing was heavan. We highly recommend this home and hope to be comming back again and again.

We've stayed at this house several times and each time it's been perfect for our large group. It has all the amenities you need. The kitchen is huge and the living spaces are comfortable. We enjoyed having everyone together at the huge dinning table for meals. The views from the living areas, kitchen and patio are breath taking. We saw dolphins each morning. We highly recommend staying here.
