This true islanders beachfront condo is one level, approx. 1200 sq.ft., & located on the first floor for your convenience. This condo features an open-air floor plan, tropical decor w/tile throughout, along with screened lanai. Located in a private, secured (key only entry), & well maintained complex. This complex is very nice & quiet. In the winter months our complex pool is heated to 84 degrees. Our unit offers one covered parking space & several "guest" parking spaces for additional vehicles. Handicap ramp into building, bike rack, 1 hour parking up front for loading & unloading.
Conveniently located across the street from CVS drug store, & Santini Plaza that offers nearly everything to suit your needs including a trolley service that will transport you all over our tropical paradise island for CHEAP!!! No need to waste that precious gas money when you can take the trolley. We are located w/in walking distance to the only golf course on the island, movie theater, churches, etc... Publix supermarket nearby.
We are 30 mins. from Ft. Myers Airport. We are located mid-island or closer to south end of the island. Walk out back of building & you're on the beach. Walk out the front of building & you're at the pool. We are only 2-1/2hrs. away from Disney World & all the theme parks. We are approx. 1-1/2hrs. from Miami and only 5-1/2hrs. to Key West (or take the Key West Express boat & you'll be there in 3 hrs.). We are only 2-1/2hrs. from Tampa & lovely Busch Gardens. We are only 20 mins. away from Naples, Sanibel & Captiva Islands.
No pets allowed. No boats, trailers, motorcycles, or RV's permitted in parking lot area. No smoking inside unit, but permissible on the lanai area ONLY! We do welcome children. Minimum age requirement to rent our unit is 25yrs. old.

My husband and I reside in the Tampa, FL area and after going with some friends for a long wkend to Ft. Myers Beach we feel in love with the area. We wanted to find something close to home so that we could frequent the area as often as possible. Now that we have a family it has become even more important for us to have our own little piece of "paradise". We love all that Ft. Myers Beach has to offer. So much to do without leaving the island, yet also a great place to do nothing but relax. We are so sure that you will also fall in love with island that you will want to come back to stay with us again in the future.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Our unit offers so many extras for your comfort such as: beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, beach cart, beach toys, picnic basket, swim noodles, intertubes, board games, books, magazines, along w/all new appliances and completely tiled throughout. We even provide spices, cleaners, dish & laundry detergent. All we ask is to be courteous & replace anything used up. Our decor is very tropical. Our unit is on the first floor so you don't have the hastle of stairs or elevators. If you walk out the front of our building you are at the pool. If you walk out the back of our building you are on the beach. The pool is heated during the winter months to a nice temperature of 84 degrees. Our complex offers a gas grill for everyones use, as well as a bike rack if you want to bring one along or rent one at a local island rental. Our unit also offers one designated covered parking space. We offer all the ameneties & comforts of home so that you will want to come back again!
