This unit is located directly by the Pool and courtyard. Sit on the lanai and listen to the soothing sounds of the deck jets splashing in the pool. The complex has a separate kids play area. The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and is fully stocked for cooking. Also provided is a full size washer and dryer with laundry detergent and fabric softeners. Master bedroom has a queen size bed with spacious connecting bath. The 2nd bedroom has (2) twin beds with a TV/VCR combo and its own bath. There is Lots of Shopping, Golfing, Concerts, Fishing, Boating and Any Kind of Water Sports You May Desire. With a View of the Courtyard and Pool You Will Find Yourself Spending Time in This Condo.
