This home has been completely remodeled, yet it has the character and charm still in tact... making it a perfect getaway for families or romantic retreats.

Beds	Queen Bed: Located in a smaller but cozy enclosed room, with a small closet, 2 windows, a 4 drawer chest, and door to the outside. Double Bed: Sleeper sofa is a comfortable full size sleeper (can sleep 2). Bunk Bed (2): Located in the open floor plan bedroom, which has 3 windows, 1 closet, a 6 drawer chest, and a door to the outside.
Entertainment	Cable/Satellite TV: 42" flat screen TV in living room. DVD
Kitchen	Full Kitchen: Granite countertop, stone tile backsplash and floors. Cooking Utensils Provided: Plates, glasses, wine glasses, utensils (service for 8). Refrigerator: Good size stainless steal. Dishwasher: New, stainless steal (silent). Microwave Ice Maker
Outdoor Features	Gas/Electric BBQ Grill Deck/Patio: Patio includes patio furniture with enough seating for 8, and 2 shade umbrellas.

Suitability	Pet Friendly Kid Friendly: If you children love to run around outdoors, this is the place for you. Minimum Age Limit for Renters: We will not rent to anyone under the age of 25 unless accompanied by an adult gaurdian or parent. Smoking Not Allowed
