Kitchen comes equipped with everything but food, laundry machines and detergent provided, extras like boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and more provided. This is a nice quiet neighborhood with wild turkeys and pheasants, but only five minutes drive to town and a BEAUTIFUL view of Kailua Kona Town and Bay from the lanai and off the side of the home. This is a laid back, fun getaway for those looking for something more private than a condo.
