  Some coworkers and myself were in the area to see the Mars Science Laboratory launch from Cape Canaveral. I wanted to stay in a home versus a hotel room because I love having all the comforts of home. I'm so glad I picked Beroja Palms...this home was more than spectacular. The beautiful kitchen was perfect for cooking and entertaining. I also loved having the master bedroom balcony to relax at night...the tree lights, the warm breeze...it was perfect. Thanks Andrea for your wonderful home!!!

  My family arrived home yesterday after spending a week at this beautiful home. From the moment we walked into this house, we felt completely at home. The furnishings, the amenities and the luxuries made our stay complete. My family of 6 was extremely comfortable and at no point did we feel as though we were in each others space. Each of the 3 bedrooms are a nice size, as are the 3 full bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with everything (toaster, coffee maker, blender and all major appliances). We spent each day enjoying the beach. Andy and Joe's home has towels, beach toys, beach chairs and boogie boards. Really... you can pack light if you stay here. No need to shove unnecessary beach equipment into your vehicle or to purchase/ rent beach equipment. We definitely packed more than we actually needed, but the next time we stay here :-) we'll pack less. Oh and the home is located one block away from Atlantic Ave (A1A), which has an abundance of restaurants (fast food, Italian- Papa Vito's:-D, seafood, etc), Ron Jon Surf Shop, banks/ ATMs,pharmacies, grocery stores, etc. Cocoa Beach pier is about a mile away. Merritt Island, FL is a short drive (10 min.), were you can find additional restaurants and stores (Applebee's, Chili's, TGI Friday's...). 45 min. drive from Orlando International Airport. If you stay her, you can't go wrong..

  I just got back from FL last week after staying at Beroja Palms. It was the perfect place for a girls getaway! It was very clean, cozy and was not lacking a single thing. All of us were able to sleep comfortably and it was wonderful that there were 3 good size bathrooms (a necessity for 5 girls). This place has all your beach needs as well (chairs, umbrella, coolers, towels, toys, boogie boards, etc.) It is very close walking distance to the beach and we even got to see a space shuttle launch on the last day from the beach. Hope we get to stay again soon! If you want a good bargain, you definitely do not want to pass this place up!

  What a wonderful home, it is just beautiful. We had a great time. My 3 year old grandson just loved the beach and it is so close to your house. Thanks for the recommendations on restaurants, the food was great. Dunkin donuts just down the road , Walmart close by. We all really enjoyed ourselves and what great weather we had. Your home lacks nothing. Thanks so much.

  Andrea, Thank you so much for opening your home for us to use. It was everything and more and we felt right at home. There was absolutely nothing we had to bring other than some clothes and our swimsuits....you really do have everything there! The kids had a blast at the beach. My 3 year old niece never played in sand before and that's all she wanted to do and my 1 year old nephew loved being able to just run all over the beach. We can't wait to return and would love to be able to rent both sides next time so the rest of our family can come and enjoy the beautiful city and beaches. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

  My recent stay at Beroja Palms West proved to be the VERY BEST...ever! The house is absolutely gorgeous. The owners have provided attention to every detail. The amenities were outstanding, the yard - beautiful, and the price was fabulous. We can't imagine staying at any other place in the Cocoa Beach area. The owners provided excellent customer service -- before, during, and after the rental. I absolutely will recommend this vacation home to all my friends, and plan to return there in late fall this year. (Just can't stay away from Beroja Palms West!)

  The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. It was an easy walk to a beautiful beach. I enjoyed reading on the balcony. We had 5 adults in our group and we all enjoyed the house and the trip immensely. Nothing bad to say. I have already recommended this property to several friends. We will be back!

  I NEVER expected this place to be SOOOOOO beautiful! The owners have thought of everything. It's luxury at its best, with comfy/cozy bedrooms, a stunning kitchen, and relaxing living area. Then there's the balcony that's off the master bedroom! That place is awesome! You can hear the ocean's roar and smell the salty air, while relaxing in quiet privacy. If you haven't gone to Beroja Palms West...well, you just don't know what you're missing! Call them today and schedule YOUR trip! You WON'T regret it! Thanks Andrea and Joe!   I have been lucky enough to stay at this MAGNIFICENT property several times. The owners have thought of EVERYTHING! It felt like I was HOME! The beach is so close and the home is cozy and comfortable. The yard is like a botanical garden! I never wanted to leave. The only hard thing was getting enough time off work to go more often! Rent this place as soon as you can!
