Refined, yet comfortable, remodeled ground level condo with granite countertops, new appliances, natural stone wood fireplace, recessed lighting and designer bear motif log furniture. Beautiful mountain views, two trout ponds and a creek surround this home. Additional windows in the dining room and bedroom make this end-unit brighter and sunnier than other rental units. Sleeping arrangements are a king bed in the bedroom, children's bunk beds and a queen sofa bed. Other amenities include a flat screen TV, breakfast bar, nearby jacuzzi/sauna and shuttle bus service for skiing/snowboarding or in-town sight seeing. Athletic center and two golf courses are available for additional fees.
Our location is well known for its natural beauty which includes the John Muir Trail, Ansel Adams Wilderness, Devil's Postpile National Monument, Yosemite National Park, Mount Whitney and Mono Lake.
This is a non-smoking, no pets unit. A 50% deposit is required with reservation, balance due no later than 45 days prior to arrival, $300 refundable security deposit, $90 cleaning fee.

This is a wonderful unit exquisitely furnished to meet our every need. We had a spectacular view as we dined or relaxed on the patio. We were not disappointed at all with our stay and will definately recommend this unit to all our friends and relatives.

Truly a great place locaed in the scenic valley with nice views. We stayed in mammoth in Oct in order to go hiking in the incredible Sierra. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

Hi Sarah-We enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable. Our 23 year daughter went with us. My only suggestion would be, figure out how you could sleep 2 more adults. I believe you could rent it more frequently for the price range that would accomodate 6. Especially with the economy crunch. Thank you, will certainly consider your condo for future stays.
