Strategically located in between the beach and the cliffs of Negril, you will be steps away from jumping off a cliff OR swimming in the clear blue sea. Auntie M's oceanview apartment is located one story above sea level at the Sunshine Village. Formerly known as "Singles," the NCB corporate apartments have been transformed into privately owned vacation condos.
The Sunshine Village hosts the most diversely stocked grocery, the Grace Kennedy Hi Lo food store. There are duty free jewelry, music, liquor, cigar, and t-shirt shops as well as authentic wood carvers and a first rate, full service beauty salon and spa. There is a full service internet center with fax and printing as well as full tour desk. There are route taxi's whizzing by the West End Road or charter taxi service available in the 100 space parking lot. The FX trader, the money exchange bureau, NCB bank, and a 24 hour secured ATM are all available just 22 steps below.
Every little thing is available in Negril. Staying in Auntie M's condo, you won't even have to go far to find it. You're safe. Once full payment has been made, keys to the upstairs gate and condo will be shipped to your home address and authorized for use during your stay. Drop your things off and unwind. Make yourself at home. Twist or pop a top, sit at your dining room table and gaze at the sea. As the sky starts the sunset show, watch the beach, across the bay dazzle with specks of colored lights as they begin to light up the night.
The next day, a helper and local guide will pop in to see if you have any questions or need assistance of any kind. As the condos are private, a 24 hour secured property, only authorized guests and staff are permitted upstairs. There are no pushy vendors or tour operators. Although the Sunshine Village starts bustling at 10am, with great people watching opportunities, upstairs is quiet and secluded. Once the sun goes down, the shopping center closes and the sounds of the night can easily be enjoyed. If tree frogs and reggae music disturb your rest, you best stay elsewhere.
Cigarette and cigar smoking is not permitted IN the Condo, only outside in the shared gardens. Pimps prostitutes, gigilos and mean people are strictly prohibited.

- The Condo is connected to the Sunshine Village power generator. There is water and electricity ALWAYS. They have their own private power source so while the West End may loose current, this unit will as long as the National Commercial Bank (NCB) does.
