There is 18" Travertine tile throughout with plush carpeting in the bedrooms. Master Suite complete with king bed, writing desk, walk-in closet, and all amenities- opens to the beautiful patio and pool. Dining area with gorgeous round table and high-back upholstered chairs looking out at the exquisite pool area. The den features another 3-piece chenille sectional facing 50" television with DVD and VHS player. Televisions in kitchen, both bedrooms, and den with extensive movie collection on VHS (classics to action). The Kitchen offers every amenity you would wish.down to an electric vegetable steamer, water cooler, television, and lovely linens for dining pleasure. Scottsdale is located in the northeast part of the Phoenix, Arizona metropolitan area, and is world renowned for its golf, spas, shopping, fine dining, and art-all of which can be found within minutes of your beautiful villa's location. With 200 plus golf courses in the valley, this lovely retreat is just approximately 5 minutes from "tcp"-10 minutes from "Greyhawk"-20 minutes from "Troon North"-and 15 minutes from "Talking Stick"- to name a few of the very favorites.
This North Scottsdale community is one of the most architecturally and aesthetically beautiful areas just north of the 101 loop, and the McDowell Mountains sit as a backdrop each time you come home. No construction taking place as in newer communities so that your stay will be quiet and comfortable. Get your morning exercise jogging along the safe and level sidewalks within the neighborhood or take a stroll or bike throughout the area in the evening. Or for the more adventuresome, hike any one of the many mountain hiking areas within minutes of the house such as Pinnacle Peak or Camelback.
