  My family enjoyed our stay at this condo. View was great, sunsets spectacular. Kitchen was pretty well equipped and the beds were comfortable. There was many things to do in the area and great restaurants. We will come again.

  Well designed layout for this condo. We watched from the balcony, the dolphins swimming in the early morning and watched the beautiful sunsets at dusk. Very kid friendly. Convenient restaurant on the property. There were six women/girls in our party, and the shower "head towels" that I purchased from Dollar Tree ($1 each) came in handy. I bought them here in TN. Just a suggestion, as towels are limited to one set for each person.We brought our own beach towels too. The washer/dryer was the quietest appliances I had ever used and was so handy. Unit was very clean. Owner is extremely nice and helpful. The weather was not great for swimming as the pool doesn't get heated in the fall until early November, but that was the only problem for most of us. Kids, of course, don't seem to mind. That, however, would not stop me from renting this unit again. I think the price for this 3 bed/3 ba compared to other units at Edgewater and elsewhere nearby was very reasonable. Also, this owner, during certain times of the year, does have the two lounge chairs and umbrella which was really nice, and the beach attendant was also. Because there were so many coffee drinkers in our family, and we were driving and had plenty of storage room, we brought our own coffee pot, and my husband and I set ours up in the master suite (vanity area is similar to a hotel), because we are very early risers, and that way, we did not disturb the rest of the family. The unit coffee pot was ready when they got up. Just a suggestion as the master suite is away from the kitchen and we didn't want to disturb those that wanted to sleep a little later. On the two rainy days, we went to Gulf World to see the marine life and shows, and other places of interest. Very relaxing, and I recommend it highly.

  We had a great stay. Very nice condo with great ammenties. Clean resort with great pools. We loved the cafe on site. Security was a plus. Made you feel very safe yet welcoming. We will try to go back.

  Many thanks to the owners of this wonderful unit. Spectacular view, nicely furnished and close to everything possible to see in wonderful Panama City Beach. I look forward to returning to Edgewater very soon great ammenities, restaurant and of course the best beach in the world. Thanks again, hope the unit will be available for my next visit.

  This is a wonderful place to stay. The resort is beautiful and our condo was wonderful. We found it clean and well kept. The kitchen had everything you needed to make great family meals. It was PERFECT!! Thank You!

  This is a nice condo. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella. Check in was easy since you do not go through the rental office. We had a problem with the air conditioning on Saturday night, it was fixed Sunday morning. Unit was not very clean. The floors were dirty...crumbs under the dining room table. Glass top tables had not been cleaned. It did not have a clean smell when you walked in.

  Owner response: We have hired a new cleaning company.They come highly recommended.These issues will have been resolved for future guests.

  When we arraived at our condo rental I was surprised at the overall cleanliness of the condo. The floor mat in one the bathrooms was saturated with water. The trash can in the kitchen was dirty both the inside and the lid in which I had to wash. Their was ketchup in the bottom of the can. The rug in the master bath was extremely dirty and I washed it because I did not like standing on it. Also the comforter on the master bed had a big tear up at the top that was hidden by the pillows. Lastly, I felt that their should have been more than one set of towels per person. Most females use two towels. Also there was one bed sheet that had a big yellow stain on it. I don't know if that sheet did not get washed or if it was stained, but either way that sheet should not have been on the bed. I don't know who is responsible for cleaning that condo, but I think that someone should look into that. I have used VRBO four times, this was the most expensive condo and we found it had the worse appearance.

  Owner response: I wish that you had called and told me about the ripped bedcover.I could have had a new one delivered to you .As far as price on the rental goes my prices are cheaper than a some of the 2 bedrooms condos for rent at Edgewater Golf and Beach Resort and therefore a very good price for a renovated 3 bedroom on the beach. I will certainly be looking into the cleaning .The company I use gets paid quite a bit and should be doing a better job.

  What a great condo and beautiful beach and resort! Highly recommend for family vacation. Condo was clean and well stocked with pots and pans, dinnerware, but could use a few more bath towels. Will definitely be back, very economical for a family budget! Thanks for the stay.

  I stayed at this condo with my entire family. It was well suited to accomodate people of all ages. Easy access to all ammenities that Edgewater has to offer. Wonderful view of the beach from the balcony. the condo was spacious and was well equipped. Great for families with young children. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

  We rented this condo for my daughter's Senior Spring Break. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us. The condo was located right in the heart of Front Beach Road. There were plenty of places within walking distance or within a short drive away. Being Spring Break, it was loaded with teenagers, the Condo Security, as well as, the police kept a good handle on things. We spent our days between the Lagoon Pool and the Beach and in the evening used the heated pool or jaccuzi. You can book things like the Banana boat and Parasailing right there on the beach. We did rent a Pontoon boat one day, that was off site about 15-20 minute car ride by Captain Andrews. Although there is a Walmart near by for grocery shopping, during the busy season I would suggest going to Publix, it's about a 15 min. drive, but well worth it. It was never crowded and the prices were good. The pictures are true to the condo. The kids had a blast. We would definitely book this condo again! It was well worth the drive from Michigan.
