Heavenly vistas of Watch Hill and Block Island. Beautiful summer cottage in Misquamicut. This cottage, built in 2004, has all the amenities for your dream vacation. Lovely ocean views of the Atlantic with heavenly vistas off the deck.
Granite kitchen, gleaming hardwoods and a charming open floor plan. The cottage has three bedrooms and two baths. One bedroom has a king size bed while one has a queen size bed, the third bedroom has 2 twin beds with trundle beds.
On the upper level, there is a sitting area , with a sleeper sofa and a deck just made for sheer relaxation. You can relax while looking at the Atlantic Ocean and the famed Misquamicut Club Golf Course. Peaceful and serene.
The private beach is a mere five minute walk. Continue walking down the beach and you will find yourself in the Village of Watch Hill. This section of Misquamicut abuts Watch Hill.
The train station is less than five miles from any point in town and offers easy access from New York to Providence for year round commuters or summer vacationers. This home is also less than 2 miles to the Village of Watch Hill which is a picturesque seaside resort with exclusive boutiques.
MGM, Foxwoods Resort and Casino is just a 15 minute drive. The Mohegan Sun is a short drive as well.
There is so much to the property....A short Ferry Ride to Block Island. Shelter Harbor Golf Course, Pond View Country Club, Winnapaug Country Club and the renowned Misquamicut Club.
There are deep sea fishing charters down the street. Westerly Rhode Island is the unfound treasure in the Ocean State of Rhode Island
