All I can say is, I hope the owners never sell this place. We’re already thinking about our next trip back! I’ve already told family and friends about this place and how awesome it is. Great location, large open space, clean, cozy and very friendly people! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

It was the girls turn to getaway after a long "hunting season"! Funny thing, the girls and I saw plenty of elk... the "boys" couldn't manage to get one this year:). The loft was the PERFECT home base for a fabulous fall weekend. We shopped till we dropped, brought our packages up the stairs and then shopped some more! Great unit steps away from restaurants, wine, and shopping! Karen Wyoming

It was our pleasure to stay in this condo (again!)...sure wish we could have stayed longer!! This condo provides an excellent opportunity to stay in a well furnished, impeccably clean, and fully functional condo (washer and dryer sure came in handy)!! I loved the opportunity to not even need a coat to get Starbucks each morning...that's right EACH morning ;) I especially enjoyed looking out the big window in the front room and watching the clouds move over the mountains ~ so beautiful! My son is 10 and really enjoyed the comforts of "home" in your condo! We also appreciated the elevator while loading and unloading our luggage! I also wanted to mention that upon bringing an additional car with us (the condo provided us with a parking pass for one vehicle) that we notified the Estes Park police office and they were more than accommodating and parking was NOT an issue! Another bonus ~ a discount card was given to us to use while we stayed in Estes. This card provided little discounts at local shops, etc. One more thing... Twin Owls was AMAZING! The restaurant offered an amazing selection of foods for the entire family (ages 10-62). Ahhh... if only I could go back right now ;) Thank you! The Burnett Family

The description was absolutely accurate regarding the location, layout, amenities. The property was clean (like new) and well- maintained. There was nothing lacking i.e., toilet paper, soap, lotion, shampoo conditioner, clean towels (more than enough). All we had to buy was food! We had no problems with our accommodations and would highly recommend this property to a friend. We would definitely stay at this location again! We have been coming to Estes Park for the last 13 years+ and our favorite place to eat is easy to drive to within 10 minutes. A coffee shop is 2 doors down, so this is a real plus for my morning coffee! The car is close enough - although across the street; it is not a problem in accessing for any trips you want to drive to; otherwise, you can walk all over main street Estes easily! If you have physical problems and can not make the walk to car; the person with you can drive over and pick you up. You also have access to an elevator if stairs are a problem. Especially appreciated the washer and dryer with detergent and softener. It was a pleasure to spend time in and we liked the idea of no cleaning crew coming while we were out. Very secure feeling.

We stayed at this beautiful Condo in July 2010. It is just like the pictures show you, very clean, modern and spacious. The location is great if you want to stay downtown a lot. We had trouble falling asleep, because only the bottom part of the window is covered by shades. The street lights shone right in the bedroom. We had to use tin foil to darken the upper part of he window and blankets for the glas master bedroom doors to darken the room. I guess an eye mask would work too. Also, there is a big dumpster next to the condo that is emptied EVERY morning between 5.50 and 06.15 am. It will wake you up if you don't wear earplugs. The Condo does not have an assigned parking space, so you will need a couple of extra minutes to circle the public parking lot across the street until you get a space to park. If you travel with young children you will have to keep them quiet because the condo is located in an office building with an attorneys office and a spa and above a leather boutique. There is no running allowed. If you keep these things in mind and come prepared or if non of that bothers you you will have a great stay. The only Restaurants in Estes Park with great food are Twin Owls Steak house and Ed's Cantina (Mexican). All others are just OK at the most or not recommended ( like Wapiti, where we waited over one hour for our food which then arrived COLD ). I'd recommend Mary Lake Tavern ( make reservations to sit on the patio ). The view is superb, staff is super friendly and the food is great too. Grand Lake Lodge is superb too. We had lunch there. You will have to take Trail Ridge Road to get there and with the ongoing constructions it will take you awhile, but it's worth it. I hope this information is helpful. We had a great stay.
Owner response:If these guests had any issues with our condo, all they had to do is call us. We would have taken care of any problems that they had, immediately. No need for "tin foil". Our building has 3 other condos, there are no rules for children playing. Ours is a kid friendly building. Our condo is downtown in Estes Park and street noises are beyond our control. There is a loading zone in front of the building for getting luggage out and in. We supply parking permits for our guests to park across the street. Gisela

Fantastic, Perfect and Beautiful Place to Stay

This condo is perfect for a stay in Estes Park. The pictures do not do it justice. There is a full size washer and dryer; a dishwasher; iron and ironing board; sleeper sofa; and lots of little amenities, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and sink soap. You are within walking distance of the busiest part of Estes Park. We walked to dinner pretty much every night. We slept with the sliding door open to listen to the river! Fantastic!!! The listing says only 2 bedrooms, but the floor plan is so open that we could fit our whole family of 7 in here with no problem. Thank you so much Gisela for making our vacation fantastic! I can't wait to come back! Anastasia

This wonderful condo located right in downtown Estes Park provided a relaxing comfortable enviornment. The convenient location allowed us to walk through all of the shops downtown, and was only a short drive to Rocky Mountain National Park. The condo is very well appointed and features state of the art appliances, including a washer and dryer and a very luxurious setting. The greatest feature of the home is the balcony which allows for a view of the Thompson River below. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone who wishes to vacation in Estes Park.
