Aloha and welcome to our home away from home in Paradise! My husband and I have been coming to the Kihei Kai Nani complex since our honeymoon almost 18 years ago. We have family that have owned in the complex for over 25 years. You could say that the Kihei Kai Nani and their staff are like our Hawaiian family (ohana).

We recently purchased our ground floor (#148, building 6) unit in March and have come back in June to remodel and add our own personal touches. We've put a lot of care and time into picking just the right amenities for our future guests. We hope you will be one of them!

The Kihei Kai Nani complex is conveniently located in South Kihei right across the street from Kamaole II Beach Park, 16 miles from Kahului Airport and minutes away from Wailea, known for it's magnificent golf courses and upscale dining and shopping.

Our non-smoking unit is steps away from the large swimming pool, BBQ, and laundry facilities. We have completely furnished our unit with brand new furniture, linens, beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, coolers, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, and more. We also offer a queen-size Murphy bed, air-conditioning, screened security door, ceiling fans, large closets and a hotel style digital safe for your valuables and/or laptop for added security. The complex also offers free parking and nightly security.

Ask about our two other condos that are available in close proximity. Perfect for when traveling with friends or family and want to stay close to each other, but have your own space.

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 45 days in low season or 60 days in high season prior to check-in, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a $50.00 (for $300 deposit) or minus $150 (for $600 deposit) cancellation fee. If you cancel after paying your final balance and less than 45 days in low season or 60 days in high season prior to check-in, refund will be prorated based on re-sold dates of your reservation at the time of check-in of another party, minus a $100 cancellation fee. If the dates of your reservation cannot be re-sold, your full payment will be forfeited. The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.

High Season .. Dec 15, 2008-Apr 14, 2009 .. $139/night. Double occupancy.
Low Season..April 15, 2009-Dec 14, 2009.. $103/night. Double occupancy.
Rates Based on a 7 night Stay – Double Occupancy - Additional Guests $10/night
$300 deposit required within 7 days for securing reservation ($600 for 28+ days).
Deposit refunded 7-14 days after departure if no damage or extra cleaning required
Balance due 45 days prior to arrival in low season – 60 days in high season.
Reservation less than 7 nights - $95 housekeeping fee will be charged.
There will be a 3.5% fee for credit card transactions. 12.42% HI taxes.

  • Our stay was amazing, I am so happy we chose Kihei Kai Nani. On top of that, Tracy & Derek's condo was beautiful and everything we had hoped for. Close to amenities, right across from the beach, no late/loud partiers. Our condo came with everything we needed, what more could we ask for.   • Beautiful condo! This is our third time at the Kihei Kai Nani and this is the best unit by far. Very clean, perfect location to pool and a peek of the ocean. Owners were great and easy to rent from. Unit is very nicely decorated ,clean and equipted with everything you need. Clean obviously was very important to me! We will be back for sure!

  • Very lovely condo and owners to rent from. In my opinion this is the best location to stay at, overlooking the pool, close to the beach, perfect. The condo is wonderful, clean, up to date, very nice dishes and everything you need to enjoy the many things Maui has to offer.   • Beautiful, excellently maintained condo. We love spending a week of our honeymoon here, especially with all the great beach gear to borrow. The kitchen was modern and the unit was extremely comfy. We hope to come back here again soon!
