Aloha and welcome to our home away from home in Paradise! The Kihei Kai Nani complex has been a part of our family for over 25 years. You could say that the Kihei Kai Nani and their staff are like our Hawaiian family (ohana).
Our ground floor unit (#148, in building 6) is in one of the most requested and desirable buildings in the whole complex. We've put a lot of care and time into choosing just the right amenities for our guests' comfort and enjoyment. Every year we come back to update and add even more amenities to make it a unit that our guests will want to return to again and again. We hope to have you as our guests real soon! The Kihei Kai Nani complex is conveniently located in South Kihei right across the street from Kamaole II Beach Park, 16 miles from Kahului Airport and minutes away from Wailea, known for it's magnificent golf courses and upscale dining and shopping.
Our non-smoking unit is steps away from the large swimming pool, BBQ, and laundry facilities. We have completely furnished our unit with brand new furniture, living room and bedroom curtains, linens, beach towels and chairs, umbrellas, coolers, iron/ironing board, blow dryer, 32" and 40" flat screen TVs, and a newly tiled lanai (patio). We also offer a queen-size Murphy bed, air-conditioning, screened security door, ceiling fans, large closets and a hotel style digital safe for your valuables and/or laptop for added security. The complex also offers free parking and nightly security.
Ask about our two other condos that are available in close proximity. Perfect for when traveling with friends or family and want to stay close to each other, but have your own space.
Cancellation Policy:
If reservations are cancelled 45 days or more prior to check-in, you will receive a refund of your deposit minus a $50 cancellation fee. If reservations are cancelled less than 45 days prior to check-in, you will be charged a minimum of 4 nights (unless unit can be re-rented at the full rate) and the remaining balance will be refunded to you. Cancellations of 14 days or less, prior to check-in, will result in forfeiture of all monies paid. The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.

Low Season..April 15, 2012-Dec 14, 2012.. $109/night. Double occupancy.
Rates Based on a 7 night Stay – Double Occupancy - Additional Guests $10/night
$300 deposit is required w/credit card to secure reservation ($600 for 28+nights).
Deposit gets credited toward final balance due. CC# stays on file for 30 days
after departure. Balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Reservation less than 7
nights-$95 housekeeping fee will be charged. There will be a 3.5% fee for credit
card transactions (except for deposit). 13.42% Hawaiian State Taxes.

Year Purchased: 2008
Derek is a full-time Captain/firefighter in Oregon. He's been a firefighter for almost 19 years. Tracy is a stay-at-home mom who raises alpacas, three children, 2 cats, and 2 dogs. We vacationed in Maui for our honeymoon 18 years ago and have been going back ever since. We take our family there at least once a year and more often if our schedules allow. We love the peace and serenity you find in Hawaii. We co-own the unit with Tracy's mom, Margaret, who owns her own corporation in Northern California.

We bought a unit in the Kihei Kai Nani, because Tracy's family has owned units in the complex for over 30 years. We love the fact that it's right across the street from Kamaole II beach. Kihei is our favorite part of the island.

I have rented this one-bedroom condominium in the Kihei Kai Nani complex twice. It is attractively decorated and furnished. Both the bed in the bedroom and the murphy bed in the living room are quite comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, which is great because I like to cook my own meals. The owner has provided a number of extras to make guests' stay enjoyable, such as beach towels and chairs, coolers and a guide book. The Kihei Kai Nani complex has a very nice, large swimming pool and is across the street from the beach. The grounds are well-maintained and there are a laundry room and gas barbeque grills available. I recommend that you rent this unit!

This condo is the best vacation get away on Maui. Great location in proximity to beaches like Big Beach, and snorkeling at La Peruse Bay. Easy drive to Lahaina shopping, Kehei is comfortably situated near plenty of activities and restaurants. The condo property is safe and well maintained with nice amenities like the pool and laundry. Nice, quiet and cozy without feeling like an impersonal mega hotel. Affordable and nicely appointed unit offers everything needed. So nice to be able to walk across the street to one of the islands nice, lifeguarded beaches. Condo is tastefully updated and everything is in working order. We recommended this condo to friends who have also vacationed in this unit. We would definately recommend and return!

My husband and I returned to Kihei for our 30th anniversary. The condo was perfect in every way and had everything we needed - many thinks I hadn't even thought of. It's hard to beat morning coffee on the lanai, a 5 minute walk to the beach, walking distance to so many great restaurants and absolutely no schedule. It's a beautiful, quiet setting and a very comfortable condo. We will be returning to Maui in May and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. This was my first time using VRBO and Tracy was so easy to work with I'll definitely use it when I travel. Thanks for sharing your little piece of Paradise!

I thought of my experience as living in paradise! Every morning I woke up to all the birds singing ourside our patio. Everyday was beautiful and sunny. If I was a U.S. citizen and wanted to retire, this is where I would do it. I loved the sandy beaches and warm oceon water. There is nothing I would change except maybe to install a dish washer. Thank you so much for letting us stay, and I hope to be able to do a return visit when I can.

We stayed for one week in this very nice and comfortable 1 bedroom in Kihei Kai Nani. Everything you might need is just there. Nice location, 2 min walk to the beach, 5 min. drive to Makena beach, etc. There is a very nice icecream store close by. Swimming pool and barbecue are very nice extras. We'll definately recommend this accomodation to our friends and hopefully one day will be back again.

This was our second time renting this lovely property and I hope to return to it every year. It truly is a home away from home and has everything you need for your tropical get away. Love the tile, decor, murphy bed and has the best T.V's. This condo is truly the best location in the complex. Steps from the pool, quiet, level entry. Love it! Love it! Can't wait to return.

Our stay was amazing, I am so happy we chose Kihei Kai Nani. On top of that, Tracy & Derek's condo was beautiful and everything we had hoped for. Close to amenities, right across from the beach, no late/loud partiers. Our condo came with everything we needed, what more could we ask for.
