Family Room
We have a very comfortable spacious family room which forms an open aspect with the galley/dining area. The ceilings are vaulted. The family room sofas are very comfortable and of a high standard.It has a large 42"flat screen TV and DVD Player and features Brighthouse Cable High Definition channels. There is also a HiFi CD music player and a high speed internet connection also books and selection of games. This room overlooks the pool..The patio door leading to the pool is protected by child alarms. All calls to USA, Canada and Puerto Rico are now free.
Galley/Kitchen
Our fully fitted Galley/Kitchen is equiped with all you should need including a Cooker, Over Range Microwave, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer with Icemaker, Coffee Maker, Blender, Kettle Toaster, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Dining Area
Our dining area next to the kitchen houses a Dining Table Seating 6 people along with 2 breakfast bar Stools at the Breakfast Bar.
King Master Bedroom 1
This high ceiling bedroom has a large walk-in shower, fitted vanity unit,tv, hairdryer and radio alarm.
King Master Bedroom 2
This bedroom has patio doors opening onto the pool area. A tv and wall mounted full dressing mirror. The large en-suite bathroom has a large corner bath tub and shower, fitted vanity unit, hairdryer, radio alarm and large walk-in wardrobe.
Twin bedrooms x 2
There are a further 2 Twin Bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes. Both have a TV and one has a PS 2 and selection of games. Also they are fitted with ceiling fans. Both these bedrooms share a 3rd full Bathroom/Shower.
All the Bedlinen and Towels including Beach Towels are provided.
The security of the home is protected by a 24/7 monitored alarmed and smoke detection system. For obvious reasons there is no smoking in the home but is allowed outside at the pool area.
Utility Room
The utility room has washing machine and dryer.
Games Room
The games room is situated in the double garage and has pool table which flips over to provide air hockey. There is also sharpshooter and electronic darts and temperature controlled fans.
Pool
There is a 28'x14' approx swimming pool with quality deck furniture and newly installed colour changing pool light and rope lights around the decking and portable fans.
Shopping and Eating
The Formosa Gardens shopping mall and eatery is about a 2 minute drive from our home and includes some of the best known restaurants with an Outback Steak House, Red Lobster, Giordano’s Chicago Pizza restaurant, Carabba’s Italian, Cracker Barrel, Chinese, Subway and Taco Bell takeaways, as well as shops, a Winn Dixie supermarket, Doctor and much more.Latest additions are Bahama Breeze,Applebys, and Millers Ale House

My husband and I are both natives of Scotland and grew up in Montrose and Kirriemuir which incidentally was the birthplace of Sir JM Barrie the creator of Peter Pan. After attending a family wedding on Honeymoon Island,Florida and spending a week or two in Orlando we were very much taken with the American way of life and the people, so much so that we and the family decided to all stake a claim in purchasing a home to enjoy in a place that we truly love.

We had such a wonderful time staying at your vacation home during our Disney vacation. It was so nice to be able to come home to a relaxing and comfortable environment after a full day at the parks. The children enjoyed the heated pool everynight and had a great time in the game room. The PS2 was also a hit with the kids. Everything was so conveniently located from grocery stores to familiar restaurants even to souvenir shops. We would highly recommend staying in your rental home. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Our second visit to your home in Florida. This time with the family, and as before we have had a fantastic holiday. The villa has been lots of fun and a great place to relax after hours of shopping and numerous visits to the parks, not to mention all of the lovely restaurants. We have had the best Orlando holiday ever. Your house is fabulous. We got great use of pool and hot tub and games room. We loved our extra house guest - a little frog who met us every night when we came home and we eventually discovered he spent his days in the garage. To get best value in parks go for opening time and use "single rider" line if you don't have express tickets at Universal for Spiderman, The Hulk, The Mummy, Harry Potter. PS The Hulk is great.

Never Again!!! No, not this wonderful villa which is set in a great location, but the thought of using an hotel ever again. Having been to Florida a number of times, this trip surpassed our expectations and the facilities provided by Maurice and Evelyn were first class. Despite a busy schedule it was nice to know that each evening we were returning to peace, quiet , comfort, and that very relaxing hot tub. Thanks for all your advice and assistance prior to out trip and we will certainly recommend your home to friends and family.

A true holiday of a lifetime. Will never forget these 3 weeks. Villa-perfect- every conceivable need is catered for. Location is brilliant. Best Supermarket – without a doubt – Super Target. Turn left on 192 and approx 2 miles west. Always virtually empty and good prices too! Restaurants – found the ‘all you can eat’ buffets a bit naff- plastic plates etc. Favourite was Applebee’s – good food, good atmosphere and good value. Outback and Miller’s Orlando Ale House were also very good. Overall- a brilliant holiday. Wonderful villa – excellent location and weather very hot. One final piece of advice, want to avoid the queues – get to the parks as they open – you won’t regret it! Many Thanks indeed.
