  Our vacation home in Orlando was great. It was very tastefully decorated and comfortable, including high quality linens in the bedrooms and all applicances in good working order. It was almost like being at home. The owner was very pleasant to deal with and extremely helpful during the rental process. Our family would love to rent this property on our next trip to Orlando. Like they say, "try it, you'll like it!" Enjoy!

  Listing was accurate regarding location, layout amenities. Location was fantastic in relationship to Disney properties as we were able to drive to the Animal Kingdom Lodge in under 10 minutes. We had breakfast and dinner there several times as we love their buffet. The house was in perfect working order and very clean upon our arrival. Only a small problem with the cable reception and the management company took care of that in short order. The owners were extremely easy to work with and answered all our questions in a timely manner prior to arrival. We would rent here again and recommend this home to anyone seeking a great price for a nice villa and desiring to be close to Disney properties, grocery stores and many eating establishments within just a few minutes.

  Just a quick note to say thank-you, we had a fantastic holiday. Your villa is excellent, clean, well maintained, and homely. We have been visiting Florida for more than 25 years and I have to say that this is probably the nicest and best situated villas that we have stayed in. The equipment and facilities of the villa were top notch, we only had one small hiccup on the last morning when the waste disposal stopped working, we reported this via answerphone to the management company.(email message)

  I have rented many homes in the Orlando area and found this home to be very well furnished with more than average bedding and towels available. The furniture in the living room and HDTV were of high quality with free wifi and Brighthouse network channels all available free. The cleanliness of the villa was excellent. The villa itself is in a well lit and clean area with many residents obviously homeowners taking a pride in their community. The whole booking process was excellent too.   Your home is well equipped, very clean and extremely comfortable and we would highly recommend it to others, and have already suggested it to some friend's.. This was so much better than the family spread throughout a 20 mile radius all over the community. Others that visited were jealous and should contact you next summer
