We had such a wonderful time staying at your vacation home during our Disney vacation. It was so nice to be able to come home to a relaxing and comfortable environment after a full day at the parks. The children enjoyed the heated pool everynight and had a great time in the game room. The PS2 was also a hit with the kids. Everything was so conveniently located from grocery stores to familiar restaurants even to souvenir shops. We would highly recommend staying in your rental home. Thanks again for your hospitality.

Our second visit to your home in Florida. This time with the family, and as before we have had a fantastic holiday. The villa has been lots of fun and a great place to relax after hours of shopping and numerous visits to the parks, not to mention all of the lovely restaurants. We have had the best Orlando holiday ever. Your house is fabulous. We got great use of pool and hot tub and games room. We loved our extra house guest - a little frog who met us every night when we came home and we eventually discovered he spent his days in the garage. To get best value in parks go for opening time and use "single rider" line if you don't have express tickets at Universal for Spiderman, The Hulk, The Mummy, Harry Potter. PS The Hulk is great.

Never Again!!! No, not this wonderful villa which is set in a great location, but the thought of using an hotel ever again. Having been to Florida a number of times, this trip surpassed our expectations and the facilities provided by Maurice and Evelyn were first class. Despite a busy schedule it was nice to know that each evening we were returning to peace, quiet , comfort, and that very relaxing hot tub. Thanks for all your advice and assistance prior to out trip and we will certainly recommend your home to friends and family.

A true holiday of a lifetime. Will never forget these 3 weeks. Villa-perfect- every conceivable need is catered for. Location is brilliant. Best Supermarket – without a doubt – Super Target. Turn left on 192 and approx 2 miles west. Always virtually empty and good prices too! Restaurants – found the ‘all you can eat’ buffets a bit naff- plastic plates etc. Favourite was Applebee’s – good food, good atmosphere and good value. Outback and Miller’s Orlando Ale House were also very good. Overall- a brilliant holiday. Wonderful villa – excellent location and weather very hot. One final piece of advice, want to avoid the queues – get to the parks as they open – you won’t regret it! Many Thanks indeed.

Immaculate property well-maintained and very comfortable! Close to ESPN and Disney parks/attractions. We will NEVER stay in a hotel again! Groceries and dining 3 minutes away! Owner very helpful and immediately responded to any questions I had. Property looks exactly as pictured....hot tub was best R & R after a long day. Loved the lighted pool and quiet area. Would recommend this property to anyone! Worth every penny!

The villa was great, the weather was wonderful and we had a magical 10 days in Florida. The highlight of each day was unwinding in the hot tub! We went surfing ‘sky diving’ at fly Orlando and deep sea fishing at Cape Canaveral. We spent 3 day’s at Disney and 1 day at Universal. This home was perfect for our group of 4 children and 4 adults.

We needed a nice place to stay during our daughters gymnastics competition and this home was great in every way. Kids really enjoyed the pool. Not sure why the hot tub had no water in it, though. We were so close to the Wide World of Sports Complex, as well as great restaurants, the location couldn't have been more perfect. Thanks for a great stay. Owner comments- tub had to be emptied and dried pending fibreglass repair

Two families (4 adults, 3 kids) stayed here. Decor, amenities, house all in great condition. Location fantastic - close to Disney, and near Super Target! We swam in heated pool every day, and made good use of the hot tub! Beds were comfortable (nice to have a King bed for each couple!) and cable/internet were great. Would recommend to anyone, and if returning to Orlando/Kissimmee, wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again!

The kids, and us, enjoyed our stay in Florida. Disney was great, the water parks were fun, cocoa beach was a nice day, and the days at the house we enjoyed too. We found the rooms very nice, the open concept kitchen/family room was excellent, and the kids loved swimming every minute they could get in the pool. We were pleasantly surprised how comfortable the bed was that we slept in. The kids loved the "cars" playstation game. We loved how close we were to the theme parks and each time we went to a theme park we came back in the early afternoon for a break and then returned back after we ate dinner. Thanks for letting us spend our vacation in your rental home because we truly did enjoy ourselves and wish we didn't have to get on a flight home tomorrow afternoon. We most definitely plan to return and will definitely consider staying here again, only we think we need to do three weeks to fully enjoy a relaxing vacation
