The First Floor is a Recreation level with a Bunkroom w/ a queen bed, full bed, daybed w/ trundle, and additional daybed. This terrace level also has a full bath, wetbar and Family Room with sleeper Sofa, daybed, Plasma TV and woodburning fireplace.

The Main Floor(2nd floor) has a huge Living Room with Fireplace and Plasma TV, Dining Room, Breakfast Room and Kitchen with Granite & Stainless Appliances. This Floor also has an Office complete with Fax, Copier, Scanner and a sleeper sofa; and a powder room. Two King Bedrooms on this floor share a Bathroom.

The awesome top floor Master Suite has a private Balcony with views, an incredible Master Bath w/ Whirlpool, Separate Marble Shower, Bidet, Double Vanity and Vanity Seating area.

A fabulous large waterfront deck allows lots of room for outdoor entertaining, complete with a bar area. The deck has seating for 12.

The Boardwalk to the Screened Dockhouse has a seating area, and the huge waterfront yard is perfect for recreation. The Dock provides built-in seating, water and electricity, and a Boat slip for your low-rise boat (local Marina's have boats for rent). Great Crabbing and Fishing can be done directly from the dock, and we have all the cooking utensils to "cook what you catch"!
