This 6 BR 6.5 BA spacious new home at 1060 Beacon Hill Dr has an elevator, heated pool, WI-FI, double appliances and all of the conveniences you expect in a first class beach house. Located in NC's #1 resort community, corolla light means you'll never get bored, and never have to walk to the beach (during peak season). Perched high-atop beacon hill you've got ocean and sound views, with spectacular sunsets.
All 6 BR's have their own bathroom!!!! The lower level has a game room with pool table, foosball, wet bar, and bunk room. The mid-level has 3 Queen master suites and a den. The top floor has 2 King master bedrooms, a ship's watch for scenic ocean views, and fully equipped kitchen and great room. Electric Pool heat is available for $200.
This home is now pet friendly but no cats, or pitbulls or dogs under 1 year old. It is of course, non-smoking. No high school or college groups. At least one-third of renters must be 25 years of age. Linens are not included during the off-season. 50% Deposit required to reserve, $275 cancellation fee plus any other costs associated with rerenting property ONLY if we can find a replacement, otherwise you lose your deposit. Balance is due 45 days prior to your arrival.
