Pool heat is available for $95 may through october, and $195 november through april.

This home is now pet friendly but no cats, pitbulls, or chihuahuas. It is of course, non-smoking. No high school or college groups. At least one-third of renters must be 25 years of age. Linens are not included during the off-season. Deposit required to reserve, $275 cancellation fee plus any other costs associated with rerenting property ONLY if we can find a replacement, otherwise you lose your deposit. Balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. $500 security deposit or $50 non-refundable accidental damage waiver. 3% processing fee, but its waived if you pay with cash or check. no pitbulls, cats, chihuahuas or dogs under 1 year old.
