This is the longest float on the Comal River from this Resort. Schlitterbahn opens weekends April 28 and daily May 19 - August 26. Weekends thru September 15th. You can buy discount cards at HEB or look for discount coupons locally. New for Schlitterbahn beginning November 28 - Jan. 4th Winter Wonderland a Hill Country Christmas. Ice skating, toboggan rides, shows, sled runs, and of course hot Wassail in the Hot Tub! Walking distance to Historic downtown area for great shopping. Floating/Friends and Fun After you float past the chute you will then float past one of Schilterbahn's parks and watch people bungee jump right above you. It takes approximately two hours to float the Comal River. The Guadalupe River is just minutes away for floating and white water rafting as well. Of course you might just prefer to stay on the relaxing park like grounds of the Condo and enjoy the beautiful afternoons and evenings with all the friends you will meet cooking out on the BBQ pits. Sometimes you will find guitar picking and singing or playing horse shoes or a game of basketball. Of course the hot tub always has some kind of laughter going on.
