Why the Owner Chose Mazatlan
We fell in love with the unique architecture of this building! The condo is so efficiently designed , it is like having 2 master bedroom areas. The other owners are friendly. Transportation is easy and inexpensive-only 80 cents to town on the bus! This beach is flat and easy to walk.And the views are breath-taking!

Two kids pools and 1 large adult pool. East side of building next to another pool. Only steps to the beach-no need to pack up food. Palapa (palm covered buildings) available to sit under. Newly remodeled condo and new living room furnitive. New TV. New bed linens. Fully furnished kitchen. I use the washer and dryer a lot!
