The executive home boasts 3000 finished sq ft on a 100ft x 100ft meticulously maintained yard. Large wrap around deck, plush grass for yard games, eye pleasing perennial gardens, and a sandy/level lakefront. Lakeside fire pit, dock, and boat lift included.

Local amenities include Sibley State Park - 8 miles to the West, Willmar - population of 18,000 is 20 miles to the South with all of the features of a big town. Green Lake itself in Spicer has a lakeside restaurant you can boat to, additional restaurants in town, full grocery store, small movie theater, and many other attractions.
