St. Anton is a mountain view Condo, was completely remodeled in summer of 2007 and is located at the foot of Mammoth Mountain in Mammoth Lakes, California within 117 yards of chair 7; within 200 yards Canyon Lodge, chairs 16 (Canyon Express), 17 (School Yard Express) and the mountain bike park.
Your stay at St. Anton eliminates daily parking hassles at the ski slopes and is an ideal location for parents with young children who like to eat lunch or take breaks in Condo instead of being stranded on the mountain. St. Anton offers two Jacuzzis, sauna, pool (in summer), barbecues, ski lockers, bicycle work room and air pump, laundry rooms and recreation room for your enjoyment. We also offer the convenience of a covered garage so you can ski/snowboard while others dig their cars out. The condo is located .7 miles from The Village at Mammoth, a collection of shops, restaurants and pubs. Transportation to the Village is by foot, car or The Village Gondola located 200 yards from the St. Anton Complex. Visitors can enjoy Golf and at the nearby Snowcreek Resort Golf or Sierra Star Golf Club Courses. The Mammoth Mountain Bike Park is just 100 yards from the complex. Mammoth is bordered by National Forest for your hiking enjoyment and Yosemite is just 35 minutes away by car.

About the owner: My name is Danny. I am divorced and live with Jillian (age 20) my Daughter and Brian (age 16) my Son in Redondo Beach, CA. I'm sort of retired now as long as my money lasts that is. I purchased this unit June 15, 1998. I am the Web Master for the mammoth condo rental web site. I'm starting to spend more time the this web site when I'm not going on sailing trips, surf trips or hanging out in Mammoth. The decision to purchase at St. Anton was made while in the hot tub after a few beers and I have not regretted it yet. The rental income of this unit to helps make the payments. We enjoy the winter here in Mammoth. I also like to mountain bike and hike here in the summer. I plan to spend about 50 days per year here with my friends and family. My friend Annette has a place in town so sometimes I stay with her and rent my condo. So if my condo appears rented and you have a 5 night+ stay in mind, let me know I may be willing to stay at my friends place. I am also well connected in the Mammoth Condo market and have other listings on VRBO so contact me for all your Mammoth Condo needs.
Why the Owner Chose St. Anton:
I had small children and the condo is right next to the lifts with covered parking. The management (Richard and Joy Cress) is super friendly.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Next to Canyon Lodge in the Winter and next to the Mountain Bike park in the Summer. Summer is really peaceful.
